Purchased the Braid Modern light - contacted them re estimated delivery date and the response was immediate - the light was shipped from China but arrived quite quickly - also the tracking process through China post was accurate and straightforward…
I have installed the light with no issues - and we are very pleased with both the quality and function of the unit…
Don’t know if stock is held in the UK but worth checking when ordering…

Very bad quality lamp. Not as shown in the pictures. Also came damaged and it took about 2 months to arrive. What ever you find in their website, try to find it somewhere else if you don't want to waist money.
If you buy something and there is any problem with it or you simply want to return it, it is basically impossible, it is really a scam.

I am having the same issue as many other customers. Item arrived damaged and I am waiting for an email to return the item, however there is no response to my follow up emails and no contact number to get hold of anyone. They are quick to take your money but customer service is very poor, so stay clear!

In two minds at the moment. Order some lights with different colours as wanted to see first hand which I prefer. Having decided, the return policy is to send an email asking for details within a 2 week period. After a few days of asking AiDeco have not replied with instructions, all they have done is asked why do I want to send items back. Do not want to fall foul of their return policy simply because they will not respond to my repeated mails. There is no phone number to call, no chat room or any manner to speak to them apart from an email. Product is fine but service and feeling of trust am yet to be convinced of. Not difficult nowadays to make yourself available for customers.

Am trying to get additional information on a lighting product they are selling. Have contacted them 3 times on their online message service & sent 2 emails, nothing. Tried to find a telephone number nothing. Am wanting dimensions and whether the item is adjustable, to make sure it will fit. Not too much to ask, is it?
