Good quality products the details are crisp im happy with my order of Nahida Keycap Genshin Impact Artisan Keycap and Minecraft Transmutation Table Artisan Keycap. the items where well packaged and arrived in a timely manner.

Amazing quality and great shipping speed.

Product unfortunately came to me broken but they quickly replied to my emails after their holiday break. Lin was very helpful with trying to provide videos on how it goes together but ultimately helped replace the statue due to it not having the proper pieces to go together in the first place. They were kind and patient in the whole process.

Sadly they forgot my order and it didn't arrive on christmas
I ordered it on the 14th of december and it arrived on 9th January
Other than that the quality is great

Customer service e-mail was excellent, tracking link came quickly and the product received is excellent. Delivery was delayed twice, but the fault isn't on Aihey, that's a Canada Post issue. Predicted date was 12/19, actual date was 12/30. Package arrived with a 20% off coupon enclosed that I do plan on using.

Be patient when you make a preorder but good quality

I ordered keycaps from AiheyStudio and I’m so impressed! The craftsmanship is excellent – they look exactly like the pictures and the quality is top-notch. The packaging was also very careful and secure. The staff were incredibly friendly and always replied promptly, which I really appreciated (understandably, not on their days off). Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!

Living in AK they took a bit longer than I anticipated. However when I anxiously emailed asking for clarification the ladies gladly looked into it and assured me they were still on track. Arrived within a few days after that. The keycaps look amazing, and feel just as good. They came with a few different cosmetic caps that I was very happy about as well. Since my keyboard has 6 extra programmable keys on the side, so they are capped as well which is very nice.

My keycap took a really long time to arrive. I ordered during May and delivery was expected to be in July. I waited and waited and it still hadn't arrive.

Reached out to them via email and they apologised as their courier lost my package, but I never received any updates about my shipment or even a tracking number.

To compensate, they included a gift + my order. I honestly felt like they forgot to ship my item. Order finally arrived around September.

In terms of the quality of the keycap, it looks exactly like the pictures.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but overall? Perfect!

I got the Van Gogh keycap—detailed, carefully crafted, and just as adorable as the pictures (if not better).
It arrived securely packaged in a tiny, sturdy case, so not even a journey across half the world could damage it.
Shipping took a while (a bit under 3 weeks to the EU), but that’s expected considering the distance.

Package was lost by carrier. I reached out to carrier and was told they could not find it.
