Poor response rate, poor availability, obsolete website data
Poor response rate. I paid for two orders. They wont clarify the product availability, let you wait, and make you call for hrs. Later, some Mr. khawar wont pick your call and cancel the order after 7 days. Still awaiting their refund. Cost me bank charges in addition.

Scam
The worst and pathetic app with no customer support.
I placed an order which got confirmed immediately but I never received my medicines. Upon sending multiple emails they didn't even bothered to respond.
Besides, my credit card has been charged. I wish I had gone through reviews because almost everyone has same complain. Horrible to see that such a scam app is still flaunting.
An action must be taken against this app owner.

Pathetic Customer Support and Pathetic Service. No order confirmation. It has been 4-5 days. I wanted medicine that very night. And instead of delivering that night. They haven't even confirmed the order yet.
