Excellent calendar and cards, delivered promptly and with a personal reply

Love the puzzles and Ailsa is so responsive and customer service oriented. Looking forward to getting my puzzles delivered to my hotel when we get to Scotland.

The jigsaw arrived perfectly packed and in good time via Royal Mail (we were on holiday, so not exactly sure how long it took, but it was speedy despite the strikes). The product is exactly as described - can't wait to get started on it!

Just received another wonderful print. We have been buying from Ailsa for a number of years. We first met her at a show during Spring Fling and instantly fell in love with the delightful images of this fascinating part of Scotland. It is easy to find your way around the website and feel affinity with the belties! The purchasing and delivery was extremely easy. Just need another significant birthday or event to look again.

My husband and I first became aware of Ailsa's work about 10 years ago and ordered some of her gorgeous mugs. Since that time we have ordered two prints, several packs of her card both for Christmas and general use and also commissioned two original paintings. Her products are fist class, arrive in a timely fashion, her communication during the commissioned pieces kept me well informed of progress. All in all a very good experience.

The service was exceptional. Even at Christmas my order arrived the next day with a delightful Christmas card from Aisla Black. The jigsaw is beautiful. Vibrant colours on good quality board. Very happy with my purchase and I would thoroughly recommend this seller.

I was looking for an artist from where I grew up in Dumfries & Galloway, for a special birthday gift for someone. I ordered a framed print from Ailsa Black - Flutteries and Belties - and it arrived really quickly, very well packaged, and with a lovely hand written thank you message in one of her cards. She also enclosed a blank Xmas card. What a lovely touch 😊.
Overall, super happy with the service and of course with the print which I want to keep for myself but I suppose I better gift it as intended!
