Not enough couplings were included in the package , so I can't use It till I shop for the proper parts. I'll never give them my business again 80 dollars for it , and it's worthless

This site is a scam! I ordered on the 8th got a email with a tracking number that doesn’t exist on the 18th. I have emailed and sent messages on messenger with no response! So no package no refund! Do Not Use This Company!!!

Still haven't received my order after 3 weeks and the tracking system is worthless. I have tried to contact the company and they will not respond.

Order never arrived and I was emailed a tracking number that has the wrong sequence for shipment through USPS

No value for what you order. Could have purchased locally for much less per ounce. After trying product I was disappointed in its effect. In other words it does not work as advertised. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! THEY ARE A SCAM>

Still haven't gotten my order, says track your package, what a joke, nobody knows where it might be. I'll give it a couple more days,then I'm going to be wanting a full refund. Shame because I've seen more stuff I'd like to try.oh well someone else will have the same stuff,different name.

Scammed I ordered a pair of jeans which were advertised as judy blues showed up as cheap knock off crap and the wouldn't do anything about it.

DO NOT BUY FROM ASILION. Bought a pair of jeans. They sent me the wrong item. Went back and forth for days with customer service. I sent them pictures of my order vs what they sent. They would not accept accountability for their error. Wanted me to pay to send the jeans back. They claim customer service is important but clearly those are words they hide behind in an email. Never again.

Do not order from this company, pants are way too small, I emailed the company and they want to give me 8 dollars back and keep the jeans. Takes them forever to answer any email. They sell u wrong size clothes and then won't do a return and only give u 10% back on the money.

This company is very unprofessional. I ordered something 2 days ago and have been emailing them ever since to cancel my order not even an hour after placing the order. They have not responded to any of my emails, but had the audacity to email me that item has shipped. When it comes, if it comes, don't open the package. Take to nearest post office to return and get a tracking number. You will need proof of the return. Also, go to your order page and take a picture of your order

I also want to give them less than 1 star because of their return ethic. I've emailed them multiple times with offers of $8 back to my acct and a 20% discount and sell the pants myself. I ordered a medium and I didn't notice after I paid the size changed to XS and now they're
ignoring my emails. So unprofessional.
Warning do not order from this company. They're located in China and if you have an issue you're screwed.

I’d give them even less than 1 star. They have not delivered the things I ordered and have not responded to any of my queries. I’ve heard nothing from them since 17 March 2025. Where the goods are supposed to be in my country. It’s now 3 April 2025 still nothing. So I want my money back. Warning to all they are a scam. I intend writing a review everyday until they do the right thing

If I could give this place zero, I would. There pants are very cheap quality and if the clothes do not fit, they do not offer returns, total scam. They want to offer a 30% coupon to by their crappy clothes.
Please save your money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a pair of jeans. The pockets weren't sewn correctly and stick out. I told them they weren't able to be worn. I was offered 20% another item or a $8 credit from the $50 purchase. I wish I had read all these reviews before purchasing.

I ordered two different styles of petite Judy Blue jeans, but I received the same pair—neither of which were petite nor authentic Judy Blues. The jeans had a terrible odor, one pair had a broken zipper, and the other was missing a seam!

When I contacted the company for a full refund, they refused and instead offered me a discount on a future purchase, which I declined. Since then, they have given me the runaround, repeatedly asking for photos of the jeans and packaging—which I have already sent multiple times—yet they still won’t issue a refund. Instead, they continue offering discounts instead of returning my money.

To make matters worse, they expect me to return the defective jeans at my own expense. I paid for a product I never received, and this company refuses to make it right.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! This is a total scam!!!

I ordered 2 coffee mugs December 25, 2024, I started sending text in January because I wasn't receiving my product, they assure me it was coming, the tracking system is bogus, I still have not received, now am going to credit card company to see if they can clawback payment. After checking on company I find they are a fraud, and should be ashamed of their crooked behavior, it's left and they should be in prison. You will pay for your actions someday, God don't like crooks.

Worst site to order from! I purchased a pair of jeans, when I recieved them they were nothing like advertised! I asked for a refund and to return them they only offered to refund half of my money i payed $46 they offered me $23 I told them I wa ted my full refund they said I would have to pay for shipping and i would have to wait for the to recieve the jeans and inspect them approve that they are still new before they would refund my money!!! What kind of bulletin is that and try to counter offer me $23 to make it just go away? This site is bullshit please do not order from them! If you would like to see the emails for proof id be more then happy to share them !!
