Absolutely hideous

Absolutely hideous. Consigned per Aramex. Aramex do not deliver to my address. I furnished proof of same. They acknowledged and advised will consign new item per different courier. 3 days later tracking shows item picked up by Aramex. Now they will not answer calls, respond to online chat or respond to emails. Some of the poorest service I have come across. Do yourself a favour and stay away.

I purchased a fish tank heater

I purchased a fish tank heater, it turned on but did not heat up, I contacted the seller I was told to take a photo of the fault error code, but explained that it did not have one as it turned on but did not heat up. I was told to again send a photo proving a fault. I asked again how I could take a photo of it turned on but not heating, they told me that was my problem. I was told to send it back to them at my cost and if it was deemed faulty by them they would refund me my money less the cost of postage oh and best post it express signature required which was almost the same amount I paid for it in the first place. This Aimallaustralia gets to decide if it is faulty and you cannot prove otherwise because you send it back. When I again insisted that I could not take a photo of it not working as it turned did not work. They then told me I was at fault as the heater was not suitable to the size of my tank, outright lie, it was a 100watt heater in a 70 litre tank which was exactly what there own advertising stated the heater was exactly for.

They never delivered

They never delivered, never advised they had attempted delivery until we tried to track it.was advised we can pick up after 3 weeks of waiting.Pick up address was over 30-40kg from my address. Now they want to charge $15 for a delivery that didn't happen

Don’t use Aimall or Kogan

Don’t use Aimall or Kogan. I bought a bear for my grandson for Xmas which did not work. Lucky I tried it before and it did not work. After several email Aimall finally answered and asked me to send a video which I did. NO ANSWER - after several more emails I escalated it through Kogan - they’re just as bad ! Keep giving me dispute numbers - I’ve lost count of how many complaints I’ve made ! So no present - no refund no answers WARNING KOGAN ARE JUST AS BAD AS AIMALL - KERP AWAY

Aimall doesn't care about customer support

Aimall was quick to take money, but didn't care about faulty items afterwards. I purchased a vernier from Aimall late last year (24 Nov) kept it sealed as a Christmas gift for my young fella with his new 3d printer. We only recently started using it after school holidays etc. Took it out the box and didn't work from the get-go. Send a message to aimall for an exchange / refund on the faulty product. The response was it passed the return policy dates. No accountability, No desire for customer service, Probably my fault for not opening and rigorously testing the product within the return policy date. Watch out for this company.

ONLINE GARBAGE - STAY AWAY

ONLINE GARBAGE - STAY AWAY! I've bought some stuff in this store but when arrived, the quality appeared the lowest possible. In addition, one of the items was incorrectly described on the website. The store refused to refund and I had to escalate via PayPal. Ultimately I lost the case because seller did not agree to process return at their cost, so I was offered to pay for the return out of pocket which makes no sense.

Be wary - the store is super dodgy and stocks the items of the lowest possible quality grade. No matter what it says, you will regret the purchase and they will not refund or return the items easily.

Online stores like this must not exist as they pollute the world with cheap junk and suspicious materials.

unreliable and dodgy seller

If i could, i would give them 0 stars.sends smaller size, then tries to convince its just wrong label, send me your measurements?? Or else says will blame me for ordering wrong size. All ridiculous talk.
Beware a dodgy and unreliable seller.once you pay, this seller will hold you responsible for his mistake.maybe asian.they are arguementative.
If you want to waste your time,go ahead and buy.
But rather huy from online apps , at least they are cheaper so you won't mind losing money.

dog grooming scissors

I bought dog grooming scissors. Terrible quality. The scissors loosened with every open action, by the 4th opening, of the scissors, they were totally loose and would not stay tight. This went for the whole pack in the scissors holders, curved, straight and thinners. Don’t buy. It’s rubbish.

They do not honour their returns…

They do not honour their returns policy. Purchased Golf Putter grips that arrived and the rubber was sticky like it had gone off. complained that product faulty and not useable.
They said I must return item at my own expense to receive a refund. This is the opposite of their return policy, when they are trying to sell you an item; It clearly states the following:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please together email photos of the item. We will resolve the issue asap.

You do not have to pay the return shipping fee.
