I Love Aim`n, I only buy my workout clothes from them

Can't comment about the customer service as I never had to get in touch, but their products are just amazing! Such good quality and beautiful activewear, my fave is the Luxe shorts and matching sports bra. I have it in multiple colours and always come back for more :)

Ordered ribbed tights (in blue), these were on sale for $50. I have few Aimin tights in Lux and love them, thought ribbed tights would be fab as they have amazing reviews online.
The quality of the ribbed tights I got were very poor as it split after wearing only twice. Contacted the customer service and they asked for further information which was given promptly but I am still waiting for a response from them after 3 weeks (after multiple follow ups)
Very disappointed! Poor customer service and quality.

4 days after submitting this review, I received a refund from Aimin and an email apologising for not getting back. I just wished they had got back to me in a timely manner and that would have saved aimin having a bad review.

I love this brand wear. It is functional and sophisticated design.

I don’t believe this company has a customer service department at all.
I recently purchased some items, upon receiving the order confirmation the email states my order will be shipped in 1-3 business days and I’ll receive a tracking number. This never happened. I started to panic thinking this place is a scam, especially as I had reached out multiple times via email, Instagram DMs and Instagram post comments. No response at all received. Randomly about two weeks later I receive my items….. but of course, one item is missing. So I have reached out via email, DM and comments on Instagram with still no response. And I’m not the only one who has had this same experience. Their Instagram is riddled with comments of people missing items from their order - and I’m convinced this is deliberate to make more money.
I will be reporting this company to the ACCC because it’s not okay to treat paying customers this way.

And incase AIM’N for some reason choose to respond to this - my order number ends in 225.

I expect to receive key chain, but not in the packet. Hope you can keep that small surprise.

Can you show "weight" in the picture? For easy measuring the size for eyeryone. Thank you.

Great tights at a value. Shipping is quick. Invented the ribbed version and also pseudo thong back.

If negative stars were an option, I'd gladly give them to Aim'n Canada. Our order placed back in April has been stuck in pending and processing mode for almost two months, even though payment has already gone through. We reached out to their customer service, but guess what? We haven't heard a peep from them in over two whole weeks! It's such a letdown because we've been loyal customers and never had any issues before. We used to love their products, but now we've completely lost faith in shopping from Aim'n again. Seriously, beware and think twice before dealing with them!

Easy to search site and very quick delivery. Also the DHL gives very specific delivery information and the safety of a signature required is appreciated as our neighborhood has seen an increase in package theft.

I have ordered from AIM'N many times in the past, but in the last year or so, customer service has deteriorated significantly. I recently received a jacket that was not sealed in the shipping bag adequately which arrived soaked through due to rain, which I was luckily able to return for a refund. My most recent experience has been that I have been waiting 4 weeks for a package that cannot be located. I understand it may not be AIM'N's fault that a package has gone missing in the post, however there is clear evidence that the package cannot be located (no updates from NZ Post). For over a week I have been emailing AIM'N who state they cannot get in touch with NZ Post (however they have a contact number listed which can be called). As such I have paid for an item, not received it, and have to go down the long road of trying to recoup my money through my bank. I will not be purchasing from AIM'N again and encourage others to look elsewhere for their active wear needs.

Nice tights but only had them for around 3 months and they are already see through through the back, not good when going squats or Pilates :(

Arrived quickly. Always nicely packaged. No damages. Great quality. Their social always replies quickly too.

Love everything i bought. Only complaint is more consistency with sizing. I bought two pairs of pants same style and the larges fit completely different.

The dress i ordered is extremely good quality. The material is super soft and fresh, it is super comfy but still flattering and super cute. It has a built in bra and attached shorts which make it super comfortable and wearable. Also the pattern is super cute. Love it

Super fast delivery even though overseas, good communication and beautiful prints/designs but the tights are see-through. You can see a G-string before you even start squatting, it is very visible just standing. Bit disappointing but will just wear baggy shirts with the tights, I guess. The shirt and the bra I ordered were perfect though. BEAUTIFUL!
