I would like to share my personal experience regarding this application and its subscription model in a professional and transparent manner.
I purchased a premium membership with the reasonable expectation that the subscription would provide access to the core functionality and production features promoted within the platform. However, after completing the payment process, I discovered that additional fees were still being requested inside the application in order to perform certain content generation or production-related actions.
In my opinion, the pricing structure and feature limitations were not communicated with sufficient clarity prior to purchase. As a customer, this created a misleading impression regarding the actual scope of the premium membership.
Following this experience, I decided to cancel my subscription and requested a refund. Despite the cancellation request and the concerns raised, no refund was issued.
I believe digital service providers have a responsibility to present their pricing models, feature restrictions, recurring charges, and additional in-app costs in a clear, transparent, and easily understandable manner before consumers commit to a paid subscription.
My intention in sharing this experience is not to create hostility, but to inform other potential users and encourage greater transparency and customer fairness in digital subscription services.
