Bought a maxi for a summer event and it photographed beautifully. More importantly I was comfortable in it for hours which is usually where occasion dresses let me down. The fabric did not feel stiff and the shape stayed flattering throughout the evening.
It took two weeks for the dress to get here. And when it got here, for a wedding mind you, it wasn't even the correct dress. It was a completely different style and different color. They said they couldn't do anything to get us the correct dress in time. Do NOT buy from this company if you'd like to receive the correct dress in a normal amount of time.

The jacket I received was ordered as a XL but fits like a s/m. Overall quality of jacket not impressed, looks better online in the picture than one. Struggling with return, didn’t get a quick answers back. Explained I wanted a refund instead I got a reply for an exchange although the website states refund eligible 60 days upon delivery. Now got a message stating they need pictures. Still waiting on reply back. Horrible customer service and at this point refund policy seems to be a lie on their part. Do not order from them.

Took the jacket away for a weekend trip and ended up wearing it most of the time. It was warm enough for cooler evenings without being annoying to carry around during the day. The checked lining is a nice detail too.

Essentially a scam:
- purchased an item called Rodeo Embroidered Shirt
- In reality, the shirt quality was terrible with NO EMBROIDERY. The pattern was printed on (not as it appears on their website), and printed image was so low-resolution that it doesn't even look like it was supposed to be embroidery.
- Reached out to customer service for a return and they offered only a 15% refund, or a full refund if I cover the shipping to China.

The utility gilet was an impulse buy but I’ve ended up using it quite a lot. Plenty of room for a layer underneath and it has a clean look that works for everyday wear. The khaki colour was close to what I saw online.

I picked up one of the midi dresses for a dinner and was pleasantly surprised by how flattering it looked once on. The fabric had a nice weight to it and the fit felt close to the size guide.

Literally the worst site I’ve ever ordered from. I feel like I just shopped on wish.com or temu. The item did not arrive as expected. Cheap materials. Refunds that clearly states “no fuss” is false as I got $13 back for $55 sandals.

I ordered a pair of shoes in a size US 6. First, the shipping took forever, the shoes looked nothing like the picture and the quality was poor and they sent a size 38 which was way too big!! With shipping I paid $58US. When I tried to get a refund they basically said they would refund me $19 or I would have to send them back internationally which would’ve cost me about $40 or $50. After arguing with them that they had sent the wrong size I agreed and eventually got $9 back! Atrocious customer service… Total bait switch on their product… And the quality is deplorable. Do not buy from this company.

Buyer beware! I recently purchased a pair of shoes where the quality was not as depicted in online photos. Man-made, cheap materials. I attempted to return the item but am encountering difficulty. This store claims to accept returns within 60 days but does not disclose that items must be returned to China at a cost of $40-50 USD. Nearly the full item cost. This is consumer fraud.
