Unprofessional morons

My husband came into the store to buy me one of four suggested remedies for glue ear. He handed the paper to the woman who then proceeded to mix all 4 remedies into one container and charged him £20. How dumb is that? No recommended dosage was printed on the label, only the 4 different pastilles. Who in their right mind would mix 4 different medecines into one container? I sent Ainsworth an email to their enquiries and London office 10 days ago and have not received a reply.
