So grateful I found Aiori! I could never wear earrings due to my sensitive lobes but now I have so many options! The Alice and the tiny hoop are my favourites.

The company appears to be a scam. I ordered a pair of clip on hoop earrings and dangle pearl clip on earrings. Both were made with defective cheap unwearable plastic attachment clips which would never fit anyone. It was a shock. Don’t ever buy earrings from this sham of a company.

Don’t waste your money. I had to pay 24€ extra for taxes and the earrings are cheap plastic. They broke after a few wears and customer service did not care as it’s past the 30 day warranty. Money down the drain about 80€ in total which was my birthday gift. Worst experience ever, this company is packing cheap rubbish as luxury items. You can buy silver earrings cheaper than this! I found almost identical ones on SHEIN with the same closure function for a few euro, so Aiori is just a scam in the end.

Quality is not great, it really looks cheap and poor quality.
On top I had to pay 25€ extra of taxes…it was a terrible experience

Update: February 5th, 2026
A 2nd deposit posted to my credit card yesterday 2/4/2026.
My last comment is why was it done that way? Probable answer- you had no intentions of ever refunding me for the 2nd pair of earrings. It took 3 additional weeks to receive it. '0' rating all the way around
You responded to me stating that both pairs of earrings have been refunded to me.
You have refunded for 1 pair.
Let's dance some more..
Per your email to me -You received both returned items on January 13th, 2026. That alone took more than 2 weeks to get confirmation.
Order # 43817 - was refunded
Your replies are at this point disgusting.
You keep putting the same order # for the one pair.
You did not refund for both.
Any Consumer that is even looking at their website..
They owe me money. If you do want a horrible experience- go to another website.
Everyone BEWARE - Nothing but DECEIT. What a gross feeling I get thinking about dealing with this place anymore- a FAKE company. Your products are low - 0 quality.
GLORY - I'm not going away.

Very bad experience.
To begin with the earrings are already expensive, but on top of that, when I received the package, I had to pay an additional 20€ in taxes. I wouldn’t have minded if the quality had been there, as the brand promises… but that is absolutely not the case.
The packaging is more high-quality than the earrings themselves, which is very disappointing.
Honestly, I’m not even sure they are made of stainless steel or plastic.
+ One of the clips doesn’t even hold.
As a student, I spent my last savings thinking I was treating myself for Christmas, and I felt completely scammed. More than €60 wasted on two ugly clip-on , one of which is unusable because it doesn’t stay on, not to mention the €20 in taxes upon delivery.
Worst experience I’ve ever had with a brand. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
My advice: stay away. I deeply regret this purchase.

The earring didnt stay on properly and fell off and went missing the same day I bought it. I contacted the team for just a coupon code or the opportunity to purchase a single replacement and they didnt even read the message and sent a generic response back to me. Disappointing customer experience.

Cheap plastic earrings, such a waste of money, I’m so shocked at what trash they are and I bought two pairs. What a shame.

This is a scam using fake delivery.
They send a fake tracking code and share the link to parcelsapp, which is actually a fake website mimicking tracking website. The tracking refers to postnl.post and bpost2.be, which are not the official urls of PostNL and BPost.
Do not buy anything on this website.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Awful customer service. Even worse than that, they are refusing to uphold my consumer rights and claim that “logistical challenges” is a justifiable reason to do so.

Bought clip on earrings couldn't get them to stay on even when standing still. Contacted service about return got no reply.
Do no order from here they do not work and especially if you live in UK they do not allow returns even when faulty

I bought the Magnetic Stud Clip On Earring and they lasted less than a day. They fell of on the grass and couldn't find it. The pressure of magnet is so weak that you won't feel them but are also not strong enough.
For the price it's not worth it, because they will last one event.

I haven't received my order. What a mess! It's been a month of waiting! After paying 100€ on a couple things + delivery, the package is still not with me.
Worst experience ever and I won't order from them again. And what a waste of money! Who will ever reimburse me?!?!

I spent 100$+ on different clip ons and at first I liked them because I thought they looked pretty classy but then after using them for a few days I realized it's a cheap piece of junk that has Shein quality except it is 10 times more expensive. You can even find many of the same exact styles on Shein and who knows maybe they might even last you longer. Out of 5 pairs of earrings I've ordered: one of the earring attachments deformed badly after multiple uses, the other pair stained my earlobe green after a few weeks and another pair scratched very easily after being put in a jewelry box. I'm sure they know how crappy their quality is because they don't accept returns (only if the items are visibly defective), so once you get your order and you don't like the quality, then too bad, you're stuck with it. Most reputable companies allow returns if you haven't worn the product, they don't. Do yourself a favor and buy some 2$ earrings instead because you'll get the same quality as here paying 35$ for the same thing. Based on the quality their prices should be at least 50% of what they are. I made a big mistake because instead of spending 100$+ I could've spent 15$ elsewhere, don't make my mistake! Based on the reviews here I don't think I'll be contacting their customer support because it seems to be unhelpful. I'm to blame because I fell for their marketing. I guess their overpriced earrings pay for google ads and search visibility.

DON'T ORDER FROM THEM! They don't care about customers, there's no after purchase care at all, I received a pair earrings that's already has scratches on it and I wrote emails to them they blocked my emails. Don't waste your money. The worst customer service ever.

Aiori sent me the wrong size of ring, and despite emailing customer service they refused to refund or exchange it. I am confident I know my ring size having had it measured in three separate shops, and used their conversion chart to order the appropriate size, and it is far too loose.

Do not recommend if you have a timeline. At checkout, I paid extra for express shipping though USPS. It stated delivery within 2-4 business days. However, delivery is taking longer. When I contacted customer support they said they need 1-3 days processing time on top of that. If they need 7 days to deliver they should let customers know at checkout. Additionally, USPS express shipping guarantees delivery within 2 days, so clearly my order wasn't sent via express shipping. Be sure to read the fine print - it says they don't allow refunds for any reason and your order is not insured against delivery theft.

I ordered what I hoped would be a cute pair of clip on earrings for a gift, but received large, gaudy earrings with huge clasps instead. The photos on their website are deceptive and the descriptions leave out critical information. I had several conversations with customer support, and each time I was surprised to be met with increasing negativity. They insist upon a “no returns” policy, so I’m left paying for trashy earrings no one will ever wear.

Love this brand, very comfortable and beautiful clip on Earrings that I use every day!
Definitely recommend.
