The inspiration behind Aiper comes from a story of a father's love for his son. In the summer of 2017, we received a letter from an old customer and friend named Jason. His son tripped on the long wire of a corded pool cleaner that he was using, fell, and struck his head He comforted his little boy and promised he'd never get hurt again. A personal touch and innovation, this is how we at Aiper develop our products. Aiper's cordless robotic pool cleaner was born at that moment. The cordless feature making pool cleaning simpler, and safer. Compact, lightweight, and safe battery operated, Aiper create the best gift for people to enjoy their pools daily.

I ordered the Surfer S2

I ordered the Surfer S2 - absolutely love it - didn't realise I needed it but it's keeping the pool sparkling clean. I chose this over others because of the 2 year warranty (plus additional 180 days if purchased direct from Aiper). They reduced the price by $100 the day after I'd purchased it and upon contacting them, they promptly refunded me the difference! The Surfer seems to be built much better than other brands and I love that I can run it continuously assuming the sun shines! Time will tell if the product lasts but it certainly looks quality and for the price, I'd be happy if it kept my pool sparkling clean for 2.5 years!

My Aiper Scuba X1 was delivered very…

My Aiper Scuba X1 was delivered very shortly after order was placed. Ordering process was very easy.
I have not used it yet, as it is too early in my area, but I look forward to using it when my pool opens.

Doesn't Clean, doesnt pair, doesnt float, doesnt return to the base

The Aiper robot has not cleaned properly since the day i purcahsed it.

- It throws an error most times i use it
- It often gets stuck some where in a corner or otherwise and then throws an error
- It doesnt returne to the entry point or flat back up (mainly because its always throwing an error)
- They replaced the device and I have the same issues and even though the device has never functioned as intended since the day i purchased it, they are refusing to refund me on the basis the 30 days has passed
- The last contact I had they recomended that I "pulled the device apart to clean it" i dont mean remove the filter lid, i mean remove screws and open the housing (i assume to help void my warranty so i can't get it repaired)

The service team was initially helpful but now its stone wall. No offer of refune, they are happy to repair but repair what? The device wont connect, wont float, wont return to the base, wont cleand has endless errors during operation.... i mean unless they are going to completely remove the entire contents of the machine guts and replace the entire thing? Which begs the question woudnt it be easier to refund me instead of wasting the return postage for a machine that have never worked?

Great products

Great products. I have:
aiper scuba s1 pro
&
aiper Surfer S2 skimmer.
They are well made and do the job as described.
I use them everyday. Highly recommend.
