Complete and utter scam. They found a way to game the review sites, which is very worrying. Avoid like the plague
I contacted them Aug 2025 to cancel my account, they then hit my card again. They said my subscription was cancelled last July 17, so you won't incur any further charges. Jump to April 2026- they hit my card again for $97.97. I asked to cancel it again, and they refused, telling me I would have access to VIP content. I don't want their content, I just want my money back. Had to call the bank to reverse the charge.
Fraudulent practices. I cancelled my subscription in October, having noticed an unauthorised payment on my account. Every month they continue to debit my account £73 despite repeated email confirmation from them that my subscription has been cancelled. When my bank blocked the payment, they proceeded to take it under a different name. Now in the hands of the fraud team. Don’t touch this company with barge pole!!!!
Months after purchasing from them. An 'error' on their system caused them to take an unauthorised £76 from my account. When I emailed in they apologised and said it was a mistake and they'll return it in 10-15 days. I had to phone the bank and get it back.
I keep getting billed months after cancelling and their Phone Number provided on the Invoice says the Mailbox is full. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!
Don't give them a credit card because they won't stop charging it. The company is a scam and they will be extremely hard to get rid of!
I signed up for AI Pro University after hearing it advertised on The Diary of a CEO podcast, so I believed it was a legitimate service.
However, my experience was very disappointing. I contacted them straight away to cancel and request a refund. I was not offered a refund. Instead, I was told their terms and conditions required completion of 10% of the course in order to qualify, which was not helpful in my situation.
I repeatedly explained that I did not want the service and was not using it.
Out of the blue I was later charged again, even after making my position clear in writing.
Overall, this has been an exhausting and stressful experience. STAY AWAY
I signed up because it was advertised on the Diary of a CEO podcast, so I thought it was legit. The deal was a one-time $49.99 charge, but a few days later, I was charged $99.97. I immediately sent an email and received a response from Tom Johanson stating that I had unlocked all levels and would not be charged anything further. I wanted my money back, which never occurred, but I have also been charged $77.97 a month since September 2025 and have not received a response from these folks. Everything beyond the initial $49.99 is unauthorized so I believe this is a scam.
This is a scam. Do not sign up for it.
I purchased the course and nothing is genuine. I googled the CEO / owner and Linkedin profile is fake. They have now charged my credit card again. $132.38 and I don't even know what for. I have just filed a dipute with my credit card provider.
Scammers!! Even after you cancel your subscription they continue taking funds with no way of stopping them! Be aware I am reporting them to Governing Bodies as we speak.
I am formally placing on record that I was enrolled in a VIP Plan (Premium Membership) without my express authorization.
My business card was debited as follows:
• 24/12/2025 – approx. $100
• 17/02/2026 – approx. $60
• 22/02/2026 – approx. $100
At no time did I knowingly consent to subscribe to any VIP or recurring membership plan. There was no clear, informed, and explicit authorization provided by me for these charges.
The repeated nature of the debits indicates automatic enrollment and recurring billing without valid consent. This constitutes unauthorized charging and raises serious concerns regarding billing transparency and consumer protection compliance.
I have written and demanded:
1. Full reversal of all unauthorized debits totaling $260.
2. Immediate termination of any subscription or recurring billing linked to my card.
3. Written confirmation that my card details have been permanently removed from your system.
Let this be clear: I will not accept partial refunds, service credits, or delays. I expect full reimbursement.
Failing immediate resolution, I will:
• Initiate a formal chargeback through my issuing bank.
• Escalate the matter to the relevant payment processor.
• File complaints with applicable consumer protection and regulatory authorities.
I will also continue to document and publish updates until the matter is resolved in full.
This situation is entirely avoidable. The appropriate course of action is simple: process the full refund immediately.
I will update this review once the unauthorized funds have been returned.

I would not recommend going anywhere near this company, they are very deceptive in their billing and non-responsive. I signed up last year but quickly cancelled on July 1st. Earlier this week, a full 7 months later, I was notified by my credit card company that I was charged $97.97 by AI Pro University. I called their phone number but got an AI agent which instructed me to email their support. I emailed their support and there has been no response. Furthermore, when I logged into the back office of the program to check on my status it indicates that I am a free member and that I do not have a credit card on file, yet I was still billed. I STAY AWAY from AI Pro University
SCAM SCAM SCAM
I made the mistake of buying one of their courses six months and they double charged my card. I fought them to get my money back and they refunded it. Six months later and my card has just been hit again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I bought something (1-off purchase) and then I get billed $97.97. I contacted them and they issued a refund and then told me that I would not be billed anymore for anything. 6 Months later, I randomly get another charge for $89.97?!? I contacted them by email (the number on the credit card charge does NOT work) and after a week, still no reply. Very Sketchy company. Complaints going to BBB, FTC, Attorney General, Reddit, Google and anyone else that will take a review. Very Sketchy Company!
The content itself was passable, but my experience with billing was terrible.
I purchased a $49.99 product, but was billed an additional $97.97 a few days later. I contacted the company to request a refund, but they refused to resolve this bogus charge, telling me I had authorized it. No I did not! So I had to dispute the charge with my bank.
Nearly 10 months later, the company charged me again—once more without my authorization, another $97.97. I don't even know how they still had my charge info. Isn't it illegal to keep that on file? Anyway, I am now in the process of disputing this second fraudulent charge with my bank as well.
Because of these repeated unauthorized charges and their refusal to resolve the issue, I cannot recommend this company.
UPDATE:
After I posted this review AI Pro commented on my message that customer support had reached out to me regarding my concern. They did not. I have not heard a word from their customer service dept. Another misleading statement on their part.
It's not a problem on my end, because I have already submitted a dispute with my banking institution and gotten a refund for this bogus charge. But to anyone considering purchasing from them, think twice. My experience is that they will keep charging you well after your purchase, then stonewall any attempts for resolution.
Second update:
I did finally hear back from this merchant, and they did make good on the refund.

Beware of this company they will scam you and still money out of account. I haven’t had their service since 2025 of January because they charged me additional $97 a month and now out of no where 2026 they have taken money out of my account that I didn’t authorize.

Total Scam. I signed up for a one-time course, they kept billing me for ongoing services that I did not enroll in or agree to, and the monthly bill was twice as much as the one-time course.
Their address, 5036 Dr Phillips Blvd Orlando, is a mailbox company/Fed Ex copy center.
If you want a lesson in how to AI bilk someone, follow their pattern. Otherwise...
STAY AWAY
I would give a zero star review if that was available.
I signed up for AI Pro University's one time $49.99 program.
After that I was fraudulently charged $97.97 per month for something called the VIP PLAN (Premium Membership) which I never signed up for or knew about or agreed to. When I contacted Support and Tom Johanson for a credit back for the $293.91 for the three months charged to my credit card.
I received zero help for these false charges. This is not an honest company if this is the way they conduct business with the public.
Update: January 26, 2026 for the review written January 16, 2026 above in this text.
Tom Johanson, at Customer Support at Ai Pro University has emailed me that the matter is being resolved and they will will immediately initiate the refund of $293.91 and I will receive confirmation once it has been processed.
Thank you Mr. Johanson for your support.
It's pretty simple to follow and adds great value for those starting with AI.
See how it all works and how you have to put it all together it amazing what all you can do but it all about prompt and put them in so it understands what you want. I think that is what keeps most people from wanting to use it they are not use to tell the software what that wan and putting it in words that the robot understands what we are saying it is still a little overwhelming.
