Purchased at Home Expo in Atlanta…
Purchased at Home Expo in Atlanta Georgia. Solar features have never worked, won't charge at all. Very disappointed with this purchase. No customer service number to call.
Build Expo LA Convention Center
I experienced these guys at the Build Expo in Los Angeles, Ca at the LA Convention Center. Initially my coworker and I only planned on getting the phone case with charger built in. Then once they saw we like the product they brought out headphones that cost $499 a piece. Don’t get me wrong the headphones sounded amazing we were just hesitant to spend that much on a brand we never heard of.
While we’re trying to think of what we should do they kept throwing in more stuff, 6 more headphones, 4 waterproof speakers and 2 magnets to put in the air vent for your phone.
While we’re trying to decide if this was a good idea for us the man swipes her card.
The total was at $1,300.
My coworker made the purchase and her nephew called her back bc he found this website with all of these negative reviews. So of course we wanted to go get her money back. After reporting them to the show runners, we go back to their booth for her refund.
They said their policy doesn’t allow refunds only exchanges. I said when someone spends $1,300 and brings stuff back bc they don’t want it anymore they should be given a refund.
DEFINITELY BEWARE they are great sales people and I watched them get people for over $2000, claiming that they’re throwing all this stuff in because they don’t want to ship it back and they were leaving in 2 hours…. Yea right.

This product is garbage and the sales process is a scam. BEWARE.
They lure you into the store with a free protective screen. Then they start with a high price and reduce it gradually. It ends up at $99 and then they connive you into the warranty. STAY AWAY !!!
Don't waste your money on their phone battery case
This company had a vendor at a convention in DC less than 30 days ago. I was sold on the product and the fact that there was a free upgrade and/or a free warranty. What I missed was the asterisk next to the word "free". This battery case for my iPhone 15 Pro starts to charge my phone, but stops doing so after just a couple of minutes. I went on their website to request a "free" replacement. Ha ha! Free means they will ship another mass produced and untested piece of junk to me IF I agree to pay a $35 shipping charge! I'm unwilling to dump any additional monies on a product that didn't even last 30 days. What a disappointment, but shame on me for not scrutinizing the product and the fine print more closely. Now that I'm looking at online reviews for this company, it is clear that I won't be getting any resolution without paying more money.
SCAM! AVOID 100%
SCAMMERS! Bought on Pier 39 in San Francisco. They are pushy and blatantly lie about their products. Solar batteries are nowhere near advertised 20,000mah specs. The guys in the shop are very slimy people from looks and attitude avoid if you don’t want to be ripped off!
Overpriced misrepresented Phone Charger
I was at a travel show when I came across a booth for Aipro phone chargers. The gentleman told me that it was solar and you can plug into charge and it would charge my iphone several times. He was going to sell it to me for $130 and when I was going to walk away he said he would charge me $99. I did like the size and how it had a magnet to connect to my phone. I looked at the website and it said it was a ridicules $499. However, I thought if it gave me several charges then $99 would be worth it. I brought it to Europe and I did not get a full charge. I tested it at home and I got about 67% of a charge. For what you get it is overpriced. I never did get a good charge when I tested it for using solar.
I let the company know my experience and they told me thank you for telling them and that was that. There are better choices for the money in the marketplace for phone chargers.
this product is a total rip off the…
this product is a total rip off the charging portion of the case has broken off twice on me. I bought the original case of the convention. It did send me a replacement but at the cost of $49 and then the second one also broke off within two weeks it only properly charged once not worth it.
Scam
Scam. Pushy salespeople at tradeshows sell you something you then figure out is poor quality and you could buy online at a quarter of the price despite the deep show discount they claim. They should be banned from the tradeshows. I bought a solar charger which is nowhere near the 20mah capacity they claim, let alone the usefulness of the trickle charging panel. I am glad I turned away the crap bluetooth headphones at a 'bargain' price. I have learnt my lesson!
Also don't understand how Trustpilot gives them 2.5 stars when all the reviews are 1 star!
Legitimate
This company has me questioning their legitimacy. The prices of the equipment is ridiculous compared to the lack of quality. I got a solar charger and headphones from one of their vendors, while out of town. Turns out the charger does not work.
When I contacted them and they want me to pay another $37 to have the charger replaced. I asked why I needed to pay more money and this was the answer: "We are not related to any locations or their transactions." Do they not stand behind their products? This seems like a scam. I looked all over their website and noticed their copyright has no date. Hmm.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. We purchased some items from them at a home show. We also paid for a couple of pre-order power cases. The headphones from the home show turn out to be junk. They worked for a couple of days and they stopped working after 2 days. I tried contacting the company through their website only to be told that they are not responsible for their salesmen. Told me all sales were final with no returns.
Please do not waste your money with this company
SCAM ALERT -poor quality
I purchased the crystallized headphones, and the music sounded good when played from Spotify. But when I tried to use them with my telephone, you could not even understand me when I was calling someone else. This is a huge scam. They will show you the website in the headphones are expensive and they make you a deal and give you extra pairs. I got scammed.
They have a store Close to the MGM in Las Vegas I’m going to call them and tell them they are scammers.

I agree this company is terrible and I wish I had searched it better before I bought these iPhone cases. One fall and they broke so I went to amazon and got one for 1/3 the price.
Stay away from them especially the store in Vegas where I got screwed!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE, this is a drop-shipping website that orders their stuff for cheap and sells it at astronomically high prices, one of my family members bought headphones from them, they are awful quality and cost hundreds of dollars (these were $900 !!!) when I reverse searched the images from their website I found the exact same headphones for dirt cheap on AliExpress and Amazon ($10 on AliExpress and $30 on Amazon) SO PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEME THEY WILL SCAM YOU, they also have a store in Las Vegas close to the MGM hotel, do not buy from there either it's the same people, they will try to sell you two pairs of headphones for much cheaper than on their website to make you think you got a good deal but keep in mind that these are the lowest quality headphones that they ordered from AliExpress and repackaged in a box with their brand. That's exactly why you don't see their branding on the items themselves and just on the box, stay away from these people, hope this helps someone!!
