I have been struggling to get a variety of parts for my Harder and Steenbeck 'Infinity' for some time. Google gave me a variety of well known and reputable suppliers that I have used before but their stock was eclectic and I would need to use several of them. I even made a spreadsheet to sort it out! Then a You Tube video recommended Air-Craft.net. Hallelujah, the site had everything that I needed at very competitive prices. I had some questions, so I e-mailed the site and Martin got back to me straight away. His knowledge and experience sorted everything out so that I could place an order. Job done.

This is the first time I've bought from Air-Craft, and it was the fastest delivery I've ever know from any retailer - I placed my order for spares and tools on Friday afternoon and everything arrived the next morning! The delivery was complete, very well packaged, and all were genuine manufacturer's items. The website was simple to use, they have fantastic choice and competitive prices. They'll definitely be the first choice for my next order.

I had a slight problem with an Iwata airbrush that I had purchased a year or so ago.
The after sales service has been exemplary, the airbrush has been fixed free of charge and they have kept me informed every step of the way. In this day and age to have this level of service is such a rarity. For any future airbrush supplies I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

It’s a while since I made previous purchase from Air-Craft . As before there service was outstanding both in price and quick delivery, highly recommended.

I needed advice about a compressor and fittings, I must have drove them mad with all my questions, but I never got that feeling, all I got was genuine advice and unlike some companies who tell you their most expensive product is best, I didn’t get that here! I got good old honest advice and products that were exactly what I needed and were of exceptional quality! Delivery was fast too.

I don’t generally leave reviews unless I am very impressed with quality or service. I must admit that I will be definitely ordering from air-craft again soon. Last week the item iwata 0.5 nozzle kit was not I stock. Checked three days ago and was back In stock and ordered it at 16:15 on the 9th March 2022 with 24hours Royal Mail delivery. The item arrived next day on the 10th. I was very impressed given the fact that I ordered the item later on the day. And the price was the lowest I found on the internet. Thank you air-craft for the good service, keep up the good service.
