Appaling Customer Service

Polite in-store staff, but extremely poor customer service once an issue arose.

Incorrect delivery information was provided and later admitted to be unachievable. No accountability or resolution was offered. Would not recommend based on customer service alone.

I would like to clarify that customer service is completely separate from the service provided at the external point of sale. Customer service has no insight into the agreements made with the shop assistant or the comments they make. Customer service therefore gave his or her personal opinion, which is not based on what was agreed between you and the shop.

Customer service has offered to cancel the order, as it will be delivered late. Unfortunately, we are unable to take any further action or offer any other solutions, as the situation is beyond the control of customer service.

My daughters gave me a present Airforce…

My daughters gave me a present Airforce winterjas bought at Bijenkorf Den Haag. I've been sending e-mails to Bijenkorf about the problem but no replies. It's only a month when I started using it and says water repellent but only a particles of light shower rain it stays longer before it dries up and it leaves a marks/spots on the textiles/materials. Please don't buy this brand because it so expensive and when you have complaints they will not honor it. It's not worth to spend your money to buy stuff made by Airforce.
