I did not know there was a recurring…
I did not know there was a recurring charge every month. I have lost wait but do not want anymore assistance at this time. I contacted customer service and asked to cancel subscription. Within the hour I received a email that that request was completed. I was very thankful for the prompt attention to the matter and was treated very respectfully.
