Attention: Impossible to cancel the subscription.
We have been trying to cancel our 600$ / month subscription for 4 months now but its not possible. You just end up in a loop and wait for multiple weeks for a response.
Stay away from the company.
Impossible to cancel subscription. Also just increased monthly price from 6EUR to 250EUR!
Find air useful, user-friendly and I am enjoying it so far. Would definitely recommend it

Absolutely gorgeous software. More than just a cloud storage. It has capabilities agencies really need and use. And usually they pay more than just one service for these tools. Now they have all these services under one hood - Therefore Air.inc is a no-brainer for us. Thanks! Keep up the good work!

BEWARE of Air.inc. I spent 2 years putting all my company's content in there.... then when it came time to get it out.... it was hell on earth. Unless you sign up to enterprise (many thousands of dollars), its a nightmare of right-clicking thousands of folders to manually download zip files one at a time.
Cloud services provided by Air.inc were impressive. After using it for a few months after receiving 1TB free at their Producthunt debut, I can tell that their service is excellent. The structure is flexible, the search functionality is powerful, the data can be shared safely, and the process of working together is streamlined. Synchronization with the Air Flow app is the only area where I think development is needed.
