Totally professional company

I would wholeheartedly recommend Air2heat. Paul is so passionate about providing the best customer service and achieving the best results to suit each customer.
I initially contacted Paul to discuss the possibility of changing my old oil set up to a heat pump.
.At that time I was unsure and a little nervous about the heat pump option.
I am now a total convert and my house has been transferred into a warm comfortable home. I have constant hot water and feel my home has come alive.
Paul’s attention to detail is second to none. Each step of the process was fully explained and any questions I had were answered promptly with total transparency.
Not only did I feel I was a valued customer during the fit but still valued now as I have received contact from Paul since the fitting several times to check all is running smoothly and that I am happy. He also has access to stats should there ever be an issue. All work is guaranteed as well as the actual product.
Both myself and my home were shown the greatest respect by Paul and his hardworking plumber Sean throughout the process. Thank you Air2heat.

No hesitation in highly recommending Air2Heat Ltd

I'd been looking into options to replace my oil boiler for over 12 months and had been reading mixed information about Air Source Heat Pumps working well in circumstances like mine (retro fit with 10mm microbore pipes). One installer I asked to quote for the work advised I needed every radiator replaced and all new pipework to work with their ASHP.
Thankfully I also asked Air2Heat to quote.
Paul was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable from the first enquiry and was able to design a solution that required no new pipework or radiators, using a more powerful ASHP to deal with the microbore pipes. Paul's knowledge and experience of similar projects meant I had the confidence in him to go ahead with the project.
The work took place in October 2024 and Paul and his team all carried out the work to a really high standard and were professional throughout. Paul's pride and passion for his work is very evident, he was keen to make sure I understood and was happy with the work he was doing and was always looking to maximise the efficiency of the system. I received a full handover pack, including MCS and NICEIC certificates for the work they'd carried out, and Paul promptly dealt with the BUS Grant application process.
A few months after completion of the ASHP installation and I've got a warm home and remain very happy with the work Air2Heat have done and their continued support when I've had any queries. I have recommended Air2Heat to others and will happily continue to do so.

The Director/Installer of Air2Heat Ltd Oswestry has Exposed My sensitive confidential Medical information on TrustPilot, the information was provided by 3rd Party in an official confidential capacity, With no permission given to share this information. Air2Heat Ltd has done this to undermine my Credibility to leave a review, also trying to try and discredit our Heat Pump Experience everything we have written is based on Facts and Honesty.
We are Appalled and the matter has been reported and under investigation.
22 to 24 HeatPump Disaster
In 2022 we engaged the services of this company the Director/Installer Designed the System with the assistance of Farr & Harris Shrewsbury. The Service this company provided was diabolical From 2022 until 2024Heating did not work correctly,We paid Air2Heat Ltd in Full by Bank Credit. What a Mistake advised always to pay by Credit Card. The System wasFully Commission and Certified by Daikin in 2022 as Arranged by the Director/ Installer of Air2Heat? Air2Heat Ltd Refusal to correct the problems was the start of our problems.
We Never saw the Director again from December 2022 Once paid he left us with the carnage to deal with the NICEIC HIES, And then RECC

⭐️The Contract Agreement is ALL Daikin Equipment
⭐️The Equipment is like a PICK & MIX All Sort

To get the system to work we Paid for a Service Call from Daikin Bristol to correct Air2Heats mistakes this was done by a fully Qualified Daikin Engineer in total the system cost over £19+ and he writes we chose not to apply for the BUSS Grant,
⭐️BUSS Grant it isn’t up to us to Apply for the grant it can only be applied for by the installer Tell the Truth!! And as you never returned to site, and our requests for you to Apply for the Grant through your then Solicitor this request was denied, you are in full Control who receives and who doesn’t get the grant. We see this as a way of punishment, for What!!

Moving on 2024‼️ We were informed the G3 Certification was done in ERROR, (Alarm Bells Rang)we had the fully completed certificates apparently this was done in Error by the G3 Daikin subcontractor from Climatemp. The Director/Installer Arranged the full system to be fully commissioned at it would have been if Air2Heat Ltd had stuck to the Arranged Daikin Equipment as on the Quote/Contract!!

Certsure/NICEIC Wrote to us and confirmed that Air2Heat Ltd were NEVER Registered for commissioning a unvented cylinder through the Competent Person Scheme, we have asked for proof of his G3 certification, but this request has been denied the reason given was it would Breach Data Protection Rules? We could be liable for a fine of up to £5k, you can see below he has only registered a heating system with No Reference to the Unvented Cylinder, but in 2024 this all changed

A dramatic review yet entirely false. The only thing “diabolical” is your 2 year campaign of spreading false information online instead of pursuing a legitimate court case. You claim ‘no concerns until October 2024’ which directly contradicts your own words. On this platform, in a review dated July 2023, you declared the system was working ‘100% perfectly’ and that you were ‘really happy.’ These inconsistencies make your current review entirely unreliable
Since November 2022, manufacturers and regulatory bodies have repeatedly confirmed your system is correctly installed, compliant, and functioning as intended. Despite this, you have consistently attempted to undermine their findings. Authorities intervened 3 times due to your escalated behaviour, including a formal interview after which you filed a complaint against the interviewer for simply doing their job. During that interview, you admitted to ‘memory issues’, which further call the credibility of your review into question.
Since December 2022, myself, manufacturers, and industry bodies have gone above and beyond to address your concerns. Despite thorough investigations and inspections consistently disproving your claims, you have resorted to attacking the credibility of professionals involved. Your documented history of posting, deleting, editing, and reposting inaccurate comments reveals a deliberate effort to distort the facts. Over two years, you have continuously flip-flopped from one complaint to another, targeting myself, manufacturers, trade bodies, and others without basis. When your claims are disproven, you escalate to new bodies or find new grievances in a calculated effort to sustain your baseless campaign.”
Your system was installed in October 2022 following three pre-installation visits, precisely to your requests and as per the agreed quote. It was fully compliant, certified, and functioning correctly, facts you acknowledged and thanked me for multiple times. When you began complaining in December 2022, you were met with exceptional customer service from all parties, including multiple goodwill gestures, all of which you refused. Despite this, you have spent the past two years deliberately attempting to discredit me and my company, posting my personal name online, spreading false information, and manipulating email snippets to fabricate misleading reviews.
Your electrician installed the electrical supplies as per terms of your quote, which has been explained before. You and your partner chose not to apply for the BUS despite being fully informed. Your Benchmark was provided two years ago, and the relevant body also gave you a copy. Minor nonconformities (a label, condensation elbow, discharge pipe guard, benchmark) were resolved promptly and did not affect system performance.
November 2024 is a time when my company had no interaction with you, which undermines your claims. Respectfully, this may be linked to the memory issues you mentioned. Please correct this inaccuracy to October 2022, as November 2024 is a false date of experience
Your online tactics over the past 2 years makes it very predictable that you will once again resort to editing and reposting (you’ve negatively edited this twice already within 24 hr), or you’ll post more as you have repeatedly done in the past to include new inaccuracies aimed at attempting to perpetuate the matter publicly or in attempts to discredit any points outlined. This pattern of behavior has become a consistent tactic that you use and needs highlighting
I have given a factual response to your erratic review and highlighted the significant efforts made to address your complaints. It is evident no resolution will satisfy you unless it aligns with your hopes, regardless of the overwhelming evidence and professional findings that dispel your claims. A* - AIR2HEAT super helpful and professional

Paul is extremely knowledgeable about all types/makes of heat pump and heating systems. He stood up to the challenge and went out of his way to resolve the issues with my installation (unlike many others who won’t touch a system that they haven’t installed). Worked meticulously, willing to go the extra mile and super friendly as well. Price was quite reasonable for the work performed, especially as he was travelling some distance to get here and back each day.

Paul was such an obligation and helpful chap from start to finish.
All work was carried out in a timely and professional manner and our new Samsung HT12 heatpump works really well especially as we have an old Victorian house with solid walls. Both myself and my wife would highly recommend Paul.

Professional and polite

Paul has serviced our Samsung ashp for a few years now and responded to emergency call outs . We are very pleased with his work and would recommend him every time . He’s always on time and professional in his work. Everything is clearly communicated with us and explained with no hard sell or persuasion to buy items we don’t need. We are encouraged that Paul is always available to help, even once while he was in holiday he video called us , Paul also came out to us on an emergency call during lockdown having the part delivered directly to us and fitting it (following government guidelines at that time )
We recommend A2h and will continue to use in the future

Service of Samsung ASHP

Paul has serviced my ASHP for a couple of years. Knowledgable friendly and efficient. He also responded quickly when my system stopped working(turned out to be a fuse board problem)
Overall I am happy with Air2heat and can recommend!

My Experience of Air2HeatLtd

This Review gives you an insight into 10 Months of trying to get our concerns taken seriously. The Director and Installer from Air2Heat Ltd Oswestry has tried dispelling our claims, just to protect his Reputation in the Heating Industry, he has given various scenario as to Why our System has failed to preform.

We have encountered and endured unjustified actions from this company, that has left us feeling extremely cynical about the whole industry.

Our Air Source Heating Pump System was installed by AIR 2 HEAT Ltd OSWESTRY in 2022 and was not FIT FOR PURPOSE.

We Paid £18,500 + for an ASHP that has UNDER Preformed, This Price does not include ANY of the Ground Works!! The Director of this Company has shown a defiant unwillingness to Honour His Workmanship and Guarantee, giving endless excuses as written in his Blog that can be seen on his Website under ( THE UGLY SIDE OF TRUSTPILOT ) He undoubtedly thinks he is a perfectionist and is Formidable!!! That is all in his head. N-T-S in our Eyes.

As you can imagine this Whole Process has been Very frustrating, dealing with the NICEIC / MCS this has not been an easy process, after all it is the Installer that pays them the revenue so they will try to Protect them, but through being persistence and having the help of the Employed Daikin Engineers, our concerns have been justified.

We Have Been Sold unnecessary Equipment that isn’t Solar Compatible with a variety of components, making it Extremely Difficult for any one Company to Service. (See Report)

We can only put extraction of the Reports due to Space Restrictions on TrustPilot but I can Honestly say they are TRUE.

So it’s clear that their has been a Installation fault not identified back in February 2023
⭐️I understand that after several visits, the manufacturer Daikin have now fitted a NO Relay to your system, I can confirm that this issue would not have been picked up in our site inspection as an invasive fault-finding test would have had to be performed to ascertain that this was required, and as previously expressed Fault finding is not part of our remit.

⭐️From the description of your property, it would seem like having a hot water cylinder to store hot water would be excessive/may not be required.

Daikin Service Report 7/7/2023
⭐️Tested the operation of the CH pump and proved that whenever the thermostat is calling the CH Pump would run. This is a common interlock for the pump, however there are concerns it runs even when the Altherma is in DHW operation.

⭐️We attended on the 7th of July and carried out some works that were not under Daikin's remit, however the work was carried out under "good will". The good will work carried out was the installation of a relay to limit the operation of a third party pump when triggered by a third party thermostat when there was a simultaneous Domestic Hot water.

For the Last 10 Months we have been called every name you can imagine.

Asking us to make a Public Apology?

Stating SO-SO Many Untruths.

The Wasting of Police Valuable Time.

Several Requests from different Organisations asked Air2Heat Ltd to attend site to fix: The 5 Non Compliance Faults/And Mediation. Police/Hies/NICEIC We had No Show on every occasion.

Where is our Apology Air2Heat Ltd you have tried in anyway you can to try and demoralise, subjugate, and intimidate Us. for What I ask?

I sincerely regret that you're disappointed with your project and that the situation has escalated this far. I'm deeply concerned by your ongoing spreading of false statements online, which seems more like a calculated effort to damage my Business reputation and character assassination. It seems to me that this issue is more personal in nature rather than being genuinely about the ASHP installation.

Your behaviour clearly exhibits an unreasonable fixation and obsession with criticising the system which has been installed to a good standard, thoroughly inspected by manufacturers, and validated by multiple inspections, including an NICEIC inspection and a recent MCS investigation. Each of your complaints has been meticulously investigated by every concerned organisation and conclusively closed as satisfactory (check your recent official emails). Your historic pattern of responding to these outcomes is by spitefully manipulating information and spreading further malicious comments when official decisions don't align with your own expectations, this needs highlighting.

Since March 8th following a satisfied 3 month investigation of your official complaint, you have aggressively and manipulatively modified and fabricated your review more than 70 times and added others, a clear pattern of knowing malicious intent. Additionally, you've orchestrated an extensive online harassment campaign, creating multiple accounts across platforms like Trustpilot, Google, Facebook, and Twitter, sitejabber to spread false and damaging statements about your installation and my Company. This behaviour amounts to serious criminal offences outlined by Police and CPS guidelines. Your repeated, obsessive, and unwanted actions, evidenced by authorities, amount to cyber stalking, trolling, online bullying, online harassment and malicious falsehood which are all violations of UK law. Have you not already had some form of Police action taken against you for harassment? Yet still you continue this behaviour. This repeated and intentional behaviour must be seen for what it is, a calculated attempt to harm my Company's reputation and integrity. Your own recent actions clearly demonstrate you've been cyber-stalking yet again.
Despite your extensive and colourful complaints, you haven't mentioned the thorough pre-installation process, including six hours of consultations across three site visits, all requested by you. The quoted equipment, supplied and installed exactly as you requested, even against my advice for a preferred location of some of the equipment, was chosen by you, and you ignored a less expensive alternative. Your own written words following the installation indicated your satisfaction with the project, contradicting your current claims (check your communication history). This selective information sharing undermines the credibility of your complaints.

If this was a genuine and legitimate review, then given the months of
colourful online descriptions of your alleged experiences, why have you still not taken my Company to court when we have politely requested you to do so. It is clear to the reader that you are using this obsessive and malicious behaviour knowingly to cause serious harm to this company and make attempts at character assassination

My Solicitor has repeatedly requested any substantiation to your baseless claims, yet you've provided nothing credible, not even the July 7th report, which would very likely again expose your falsehoods. If your allegations were valid, why haven't you pursued court action as we have suggested since May? Your failure to produce any credible evidence or initiate court proceedings puts serious doubt on the authenticity of your claims. It's time for you to present complete, unredacted reports in court, if you stand by your assertions, instead of selectively using out-of-context snippets to maliciously attack me and my Company online.

You have a signed estimate that highlights very clearly that manufacturers lead time is being advised a month to 8 weeks and subject to change. Calling someone a liar is not very fair at all.
Since your order was processed on 13th Feb you constantly emailed and phoned for updates on delivery and then on 21st March you asked me to amend your order and opt for a 3rd party standalone option. I had no need to amend this order other than be patient with the lead time but you expressed how much pressure you were under, you said you faced penalties if you were late to complete, therefore trying to pressure me but lead time is out of my control, you failed to tell the reader this.
Your Ecodan was delivered directly from Mitsubishi Electric on the 24th March you were fully aware that the cylinder was cancelled from the order and you were told I would be refunding you and we have emails to prove this too. It was you that realised you made the error and tried to backpedal 8 days later and refused a refund and stated you wanted the cylinder reordered and threatened court action etc etc. so it was reordered for you. A complaint to Mitsubishi Electric was made by me and then your cylinder was delivered directly from Mitsubishi Electric on 24th April from a small batch that they claim had just come in, again I have the emails to prove this. In fairness had you not asked me to amend the order the equipment may have arrived within the 8 weeks as estimated originally as per your estimate.
You paid for a site survey and I pointed out to you that if you go ahead with the project that amount would be deducted from the final balance less any expenses and travel costs. It shows that clearly in your email does it not. However, because the project is cancelled there is no final balance for the installation costs to deduct that amount from is there. You paid for your survey and you’ve paid for your materials, you’ve had your survey and you’ve now got your materials.
What you have not told the reader of your review you is that you have received all of what you ordered however, you needed to add that you haven’t the decency to admit you asked me to amend your order for a standalone cylinder because of the delays with the larger pre-plumbed cylinders.
You have not even the decency to say I told you clearly I would be on site this week to install that system provided you retracted your insults and apologised and accepted responsibility for the amendment but you didn’t so here you are now maliciously reviewing me because I won’t install your equipment for you.
Saying you paid a huge deposit, you’ve had your site survey done and you have had your goods delivered. You’ve emailed me threatening to complain to MCS unless I pay you funds that you are not by any means owed and you even added if I did pay you that you would delete all the false reviews you’ve posted online and we have the emails to prove this do we not. You even used another Polish name on Google to enable you to post two malicious reviews rather than one.
If you want we can post emails from Mitsubishi Electric with their advise on lead time and what they advised you also. You should be ashamed coming online and calling someone a liar when it’s the opposite. Asking my 1-2-1 if I was telling the truth about lead time or was I lying to you is disgraceful, she told you point blank lead time on the large cylinders was estimated with no guarantee and even a large stockist said to me mid-June they had been advised and also with emails to prove.
You emailed me and threatened me to pay you some fictitious deposit and some nonsensical amount of money, provide 2 invoices of complete different amounts and tell me if I pay the lesser amount invoice of the two the problem goes away and you’ll delete all the reviews, if not we go to MCS and court,,, really!

An excellent service

Our heat pump system was installed by a company in which we soon lost confidence. They were more interested in sales rather than service. Paul Thorney restored our confidence. He provides an excellent service, is prompt and ready to answer queries, pays good attention to detail and is conscientious in his work. Cannot recommend him too highly.

Informative, friendly and professional

We had been looking at heat pump systems since moving and our new home had oil. My partner had done a lot of research and emailed a few different people. Paul and Anthony got back in touch and was very helpful and it was clear they understood our needs. After a few emails we was happy Paul and Anthony could help us. They came to visit us at home to have a look at our property and to talk through a number of different things. Both friendly, professional and helpful. They put our minds at ease and the next day we confirmed with them that we would like them to fit our heat pump system. The following week we visited the show room and spoke with Anthony a little more. Paul fitted our heat pump system and worked hard to ensure we was fully happy, working long days to try and complete the job on time. We would recommend Paul and Anthony. 👍☺️

First class experience

Paul installed our Daikin Altherma high temperature heat pump. We chose Paul because of his passion for heat pumps and commitment to customer service, and are extremely pleased with our heat pump. He was really good at communication throughout the process, very quick to deal with any issues and SO reliable, a rarity these days. Absolutely recommend him! He's legend!

Paul is an A* person and a 10/10 professional

I have a Samsung R32 Air Heat Source Pump which was installed by a different company lets say not an approved Samsung installer. So I suffered a lot until found this true gentleman Paul who mastered the entire someone else's mess and restored my Heat Pump. In addition Paul was the only installer who installed my Sunamp Battery.
Can't thank him enough. Would highly recommend to friends and family.
Note: based on my experience, it is extremely difficult to find a true professional nowadays, so I guess i was lucky enough with Paul. Many thanks.

Very knowledgeable and great service

Paul saved the day for us – he managed to diagnose the issues with our air source heat pump and fix them. Paul is extremely professional, passionate, gives honest advice and seems to live-and-breath air source.
I can’t recommend Paul enough – will definitely use him again.
