Received the backpack, it had a manufacturing defect in the weight integrated into the handle. The After-Sales Service department solved it very quickly without any problem. The backpack, otherwise, has very good quality and the distribution is quite useful. Very suitable for short trips without the need to carry a suitcase.

I feel that this backpack could help those with mild back pain. It will also be great for styling many different looks!

I recently just took this backpack to Japan. By far this is my favorite travel backpack Ive ever had! The zipper on the vacuum is very strong and sturdy, and the other zippers arent YK zippers, but they do the same job. The feel of this backpack is just different, it’s made with high quality materials!

Airback customer service is outstanding: after receiving my first Airback Max at home (France) in less than 2 working days, I wanted to buy instead the Airback Go (under seat) bag... So I was on the point to return my first bag, even if I wanted to retain it too, and Airback customer service, Karen namely, offered me a very nice discount to purchase the Airback Go and keep my Airback Max this way. All of that in less than 24 hours time, so I ordered the second bag immediately!
When I received the Airback Max bag, I found it very high level quality, with nice and robust materials, nice details too, very clever.
So I'm going to fly next time with my 2 Airback bags, one under seat and the other one in cabin luggage.

Today the bag arrived, no pump, no toilet bag.

I would give no stars if possible. Total rip off the air back wasn’t suitable as for all reasons others have specified. I returned the product in the same condition I received it in, cost £20 to return it and I received only £92 out of my £152 it cost to purchase!!! 😳😤🤬😡

I was looking for the best backpack for my regular trip to carry everything I need (clothes, laptop, accessories, etc) and I found Airback. I just love it! I had a problem with FedEx, contacted Airback, got a response within the hour, they resend my Airback, received it the day after! Amazing customer support, amazing product, so nice to see that they are still great companies with a focus on their customers, keep going guys!

I received my grey Airback backpack in a timely manner & just in the nick of time for my extended vacation to California. I packed it full of winter clothes, personal items, a heavy 17" laptop and medical biofeedback devices. It was heavy but is the most comfortable wearing backpack I have ever used! All the ways to adjust the fit and padding and thoughtful zipper and handle placements made the load for this 72 yr old, 5'4" DVM, a breeze to carry on board flights, airport runs, hiking and location travels treating clients. It was a very wet and rainy trip and the Airback did great!
I didn't get to use the vacuum compression feature because I couldn't get the motor to come on. That was my fault for not understanding the instructions mostly because I was in a rush to pack at the last minute, but Airback replied to me via email to explain how to problem solve and clarify how to properly turn it on. It works brilliantly! Thank you, team Airback for being so nice, patient and helpful. You have a really happy customer and fan of Airback in me! I highly recommend this company's support service team and their backpack. Love everything about Airback!
