Unprofessional!
Contact was with a guy called Ricky who seemed intent on calling several times during initial completion of booking and responded once only to amend a data error he had made. When I requested further assistance he ignored my emails despite him confirming he would assist with anything I needed after my booking. After emailing and phoning several times to speak with him I spoke with another guy who sounded like he was annoyed that I'd called to request details of the airport terminal which Ricky had omitted. I won't use Airbeas again.

Airbeas Travel Ltd is the biggest scammer in the ticket booking industry. They are an Indian-based company that has access to UK online websites and landline numbers, but they pretend to be a UK-based company, using English names for their staff, such as Zara Lopez, Valentina Leyva, and Garry.

Initially, they advertise cheap fares, and after making a payment, they promise to send your tickets within an hour or two. However, you will never receive the tickets. They then come up with another excuse, claiming that the airline sold those tickets, and insist that there's nothing they can do. They will offer you different tickets, but the price and flight times will change, and when you refuse the alternatives, their true colors emerge.

During one of my interactions, I spoke to a male representative who acted as if he was the boss of the company. His tone was egotistical, almost as if I were speaking to the president of the country. Every day, these scammers present you with a new story, leaving you waiting for a refund. Please do not trust them; they are a team of scammers and cannot be relied upon.

Today my uncle passed away. Because of Airbeas Travel, we were unable to travel in time to support our mother, who is devastated. We are angry and very disgusted because of these scammers, we were unable to even attend our uncle's funeral. We are far from our family because these fraudulent people, in addition to stealing our money, decided to deprive us of a moment to share our pain with our loved ones.
I am seeking the help of legal professionals and lawyers in the UK to bring this matter to justice and arrest these people who believe themselves to be above the law and are playing us.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THIS IS A PHISHING SCAM
I have been scammed by this company twice in July and August 2025. This is a phishing scam. If you phone the number on the website or receive a call back about your enquiry do not give any bank details or provide them with any card information. No flight details were ever provided to my family and this is now being handled by the fraud protection team with my bank.

I booked flights with Airbeas Travel on 12 August 2025. Paid in full with secure authentication.
The next day, they told me my fare was “unavailable” and tried to offer alternative dates or a refund — but initially claimed it could take up to 4 weeks to get my money back.
After I challenged this, they confirmed tickets were never issued and committed in writing to a 7–10 business day refund.

They are now processing the refund, but the experience felt like a bait-and-switch: sell a fare that isn’t available, then come back asking for more money or pushing alternatives.

While they have agreed to refund me, I believe customers should be aware of these practices before booking

I paid for tickets on 07/08 with Virgin Atlantic I never received. They took the money knowing the airline was full, it seems they do that often.
They don’t even answer emails.
They know exactly what they are doing!

I am now waiting for my refund and after talking to them on the phone Monday 10/08 they did not even emailed me acknowledging the refund.

They told me I should call the company to check if the tickets are still available! They tried to reverse the situation that it is your fault.
But they left the tickets available online so they can get money.
I am quite worry reading all bad reviews. I used my savings to book a ticket to see family and now all my plans are messed up and people waiting for me.

This company should be suspended, I don’t think what they do is legal!

1 star cause after days i got a response!!! ,you pay for a reservation on a flight ,not the one listed ,at the last moment it is not available and a further payment is required for a different flight and no details on cost and how to get home , just cancelled ,at a cost as hotel and internal flights were booked ,not illegal practice but highly dubious ,do not book with these scammers !!

I bought and paid for tickets on Virgin Atlantic. More than two weeks after I made the purchase I still was not issued with the flight tickets. Airbeas said they were battling to issue the tickets at that price and I would need to pay a lot more for them to issue the tickets. Completely unacceptable service! Avoid this company!

I did not realise when booking through an intermediary that tickets weren’t guaranteed at time of booking. So unfortunately for me due to my tickets being during such a High demand season they were no longer available. I did book them online at 2am in the morning! However, this was handled very well and I was given a few alternatives to consider and all in all it worked out well. Customer service was efficient and friendly.

I would strongly advise against engaging with this company. After booking and paying for flights, I was contacted and informed that my card had been declined, and I was asked to make the payment again. Upon doing so, I was assured that my booking was confirmed, and I even received a confirmation. Subsequently, I was informed that they were unable to secure seats for the flight and requested an additional £191 to book on another flight. Despite making the payment, I spent the entire day attempting to obtain the tickets without success. Later, I received a call from another travel agency discussing the same deal, stating that the bookings were not confirmed and asking if I wished to proceed. It appears they were acquiring tickets at a lower price from other travel agents and then attempting to resell them at a higher price. I have requested a refund and hope to receive it, but I will initiate a chargeback and file a complaint if the payment is not returned.

Scam scam scam these guy's are just out for your money not interested in booking you a flight!! Wish I read genuine reviews before using these guy's. Booked a flight which was never offered, know chasing a refund which they are refusing to issue. Can't believe how they can use genuine UK details and be on good flight checker sites without being verified. Frustrating

I must say Zara Lopez is highly professional unlike her manager who I would say is a snake and must be the prime minister of the Uks relation he lies doesn’t listen believes in his own waffle and I would say possibly a scam agent he won’t listen distorts the facts makes up his own crap I am about to issue court orders against them united airlines and air Canada I had to pay twice for my tickets left stranded in the USA because he wouldn’t listen and spun his own crap told me that seats weren’t available on the flights I had booked wanted 850pounds each for the same flights but on different dates I managed to get the same flights and same seats by buying a new set of tickets do not trust the manager he can lie better than Keir starmer and won’t call you back I will keep you all updated as this saga continues

My daughter brought 5 tickets to Canada for my sons funeral and was told it would take 24 hours to come through, after 72 hours she rang them to be told the flights had doubled, now she has to miss her brothers funeral. Absolutely devastating, the stress this has caused my family is a understatement. It is now the 4th August still waiting for refund, absolutely devastating

I purchased a ticket from Airbeas on July 3rd 2025, for my wife waiting at the airport because they asked her a comeback ticket for her visitor visa.
They gave me a ticket which was not recognized by the flight company, so I asked them to cancel it, now the say it will take me 3 months to get my refund.
they took my money right away, couldn't use their ticket and it's a headache to get my money back.
I'll never ever buy from them again, and if you want to avoid headache it's better to deal directly with the flight company

Truly truly SHOCKING company. I purchased my ticket. Payment at first wouldn't go through. Credit card company confirmed it was down to Airbeas, then once it did go through I had very little communication with them regarding the ticket. I was going to America on an urgent trip. 3 days later, 4 days before my flight I phone and phone them. Eventually they told me the ticket was no longer available. Furious is not strong enough. I would seriously warn people not to use this company. Ive now had to pay twice the price elsewhere

Zara Lopez was efficient, patient, professional, friendly and respectful.
