If there is a problem, Airbnb will always side with the host and neglect its customers/ guests. Ofcourse, you will lean that after spending hours of your holiday trying to talk to customer service. It may have been good in the past, but certainly not anymore. No wonder their rating on Trustpilot os rubbish.
Today feel like I have been cheated by AIRBNB.
They have taken the advantage of the Covid-19 and had refused to pay back my partial refund despite the fact that I have made a cancellation one month before the reservation date.
