Horrible, Horrible and Horrible ! Please don't waste your money. Shit quality, no refund, waste of hard earned money. I am sure you can find cheaper alternatives. Don't listen to reviews online. I mean it as I did too. Find better alternatives but not this crap shit.

Further to my previous reviews I've had about 4 phone calls from Mexico. All asking me to remove my reviews. The 1st one said remove my review and they will give we a partial refund I refused and said I want a full refund. Then the last said update review take a screenshot and send it and the will give me a refund. I said no give me a refund and I'll remove review. I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole. Still no refund they must be making thousands from people like me don't touch them.

Not sure how to activate guarantee, otherwise all good

I have read reviews and after trying to find my parcel, asking neighbours, looking in places where I request parcels to be left, nothing. Given 2 different tracking numbers by company and time of delivery - I was at home at the time, requesting photo of exactly where delivery was left, nothing. PayPal were excellent in sorting out my problem. Don’t give up if you have dealt with this company, try and pursue your claim. I would have given NO STARS if possible, just an awful experience. I would not have purchased if I had known product wasn't coming from the U.K

Once again, this company offering me a partial refund to remove my compliant. I am sick of consumers scammed by these companies, URwigs are the same, Chinese rubbish items been sent! Although expensive stick to reptile brands,I have learnt my lesson

Wish I had read these reviews first. Impulse buy and such a waste of money. Took ages to arrive and is cheap, flimsy quality. Avoid!!!

Since leaving my original review, the company has continued to contact me by email and telephone offering a partial refund on the condition that I remove or amend my Trustpilot review and provide a screenshot as proof before any refund is issued.

Do not buy from this company.

I made an impulse purchase during a “sale ending in hours” promotion, which in hindsight felt very pressurised. The product quality is extremely poor and not fit for purpose.

I requested a return and refund within my legal rights, but the company refused, despite this appearing to contravene UK consumer law for distance selling.

After looking further, I discovered that the company listed as owning Airbrush ( POPCard LLP) was reportedly dissolved last year (compulsory dissolution). If correct, this raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the business continuing to trade.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others not to part with any money. If something goes wrong, do not expect a refund or meaningful customer support.

It’s great. Much easier to use than the Dyson. Can do my hair in about 10 minutes.

Far better than I expected. Good quality and works like a dream. Fab worth the money.

I have contacted this company twice to cancel my order & have not received a reply from them. I cancelled the order well within the two hour cancellation period, as stated on their website, and yet I keep getting shipping emails for the purchase. The money has been taken out of my account. Terrible customer service. Clearly, as stated by other reviews, a scam!!!

A good alternative to top end brands. Variety of brushes suits most hair types.

Horrible product and awful company, please do not purchase as others have stated. This product is complete tat, tried to return it unused and im being passed from pillar to post. The company is dissolved on companies house and the 2 owners have addresses in brussels and tallin and other businesses, they are obviously drop shipping and preying on susceptible women which is completely abhorrent and immoral. Ive contacted citizens advice, trading standards and considering the next avenue to get my money back and get rid of this god awful product.

There should be a no star option. I brought my airbrush and it was delivered about 3 weeks ago. On Wednesday 28th January 2026 I went to use it and as I turned it on it gave me an electric shock all the way up my left arm and started to smoke.
It was so painful I went to the Drs they sent me straight to A&E where I sat for 4 hours. I was told that the pain should get better in a few days. I emailed the company and told them exactly what had happened and that I wanted to return the item for a full refund. They asked me to make a video of the incident to prove the item was faulty. I replied I would make a video if they took responsibility for any damage to myself or my property.
There reply was we wouldn't want you to harm yourself so as a good will gesture we will give you a 15%refund.
Absolutely disgusting. This is still ongoing.

I finally got a refund through PayPal.
The I got a call from their customer service team.
The offered me €50 to change my review.
I said no. I was told that the matter needed to be passed to a manager and that they would get back me, I'm still waiting. The Airbrush has now been given to Tradeing Standards who are investigating. I'm not sure where it will lead but I will update if anything happens.

Everything about this company is a scam. The product is made of plastic, does not work as described and is fully non-returnable. The bristles are not placed correctly and the company claims this is for better air flow, that missing chunks of bristles is design. On top of all of this, the item overheats to an unsafe degree.

Excellent product , a fraction of the price of other certain well known products but does the job just as well. Recommended to friends , even my hairdresser agrees its just as good & results perfect

If I could give no stars at all I would! Similar to everyone else’s recent experience this is a dreadful product and dreadful service. Definitely not UK based as took so long for product to arrive. Takes rediculously long times to dry hair. I presume the reviews and videos on the website are edited. I should have known when the video on the Home Screen featured a totally different branded product! Absolutely rubbish device and now struggling to get any money back at all. Will be trying to contact trading standards/consumer advice to follow this up. Please don’t get caught out by this company! Product is dreadful!

Scam company.
I realised after purchase when I got a no reply email that something felt off so i came to these reviews and realised it might not be legit. I cancelled the order before payment and airbrush uk cancelled the order but took my money anyway. They then claimed to have had technical difficulties giving me my refund and wanted more bank details from me. I refused and complained to the cc company who put a chargeback on the account. Suddenly airbrush claimed their technical issues were resolved and that they can refund me now, only if I close down the dispute. This is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.!
