Nothing arrived. Ordered it for a Christmas present and clearly a scam. Lost £69 I can ill afford.

The airbrush is pretty good. The only thing is that the air curler doesn't seem strong enough for my hair which is about 5 inches long, so it only pulls a bit of hair round.

Dries hair quickly leaving it shiny.

Do not order from this company . I cancelled this order on the same day . Over a month has gone and I have not received a refund . They keep saying they will refund . I have reported the company for fraud .

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE – DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
I had an extremely bad experience with Airbrush UK.
After placing an order, I researched the company on independent platforms such as Trustpilot and found a large number of negative reviews reporting serious refund problems, misleading practices, and lack of transparency. Due to this, I cancelled my order immediately, before it was shipped. I never received any product.
I contacted customer support multiple times requesting a refund. Although they repeatedly replied saying that the refund “would be processed” or that they were “reviewing the case,” nothing ever happened. These were nothing but empty promises. To this day, no refund has been processed, no confirmation has been provided, and no proof of payment exists. My money has simply not been returned.
What makes this situation even more concerning is that I attempted to leave an honest negative review on their own website, and it was never published. Only positive reviews appear there, which strongly suggests that negative feedback is deliberately filtered or removed to create a false image of reliability.
There is also no clear phone number or proper customer support channel, making it extremely difficult to resolve issues once they have taken your money.
Because of their complete lack of action, I was forced to initiate a chargeback with my bank and I am prepared to escalate the matter to UK Trading Standards.
This company shows a clear pattern of delaying refunds, ignoring customers, and controlling reviews. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to stay away and not risk their money.

Following me posting a great review in December, I’ve now had a terrible customer experience🙄 UPDATE- IN FEBRUARY THE MAIN BODY OF THE DRYER CRACKED SO BECAME UNUSABLE - I CONTACTED THE COMPANY AND GOT NO REPLY TO MY COMPLAINT- Very Poor customer service as legally I am entitled to a full refund!

Their own customer care contact email address quoted on my confirmation of order email says emails are undeliverable to this account. They have taken my cash but not delivered my order for two airbrushes which were Christmas presents.
Wish I’d checked Trust pilot prior to placing an order.

I cannot afford a Dyson airwrap so I looked at some online reviews of similar items. This one came up top so I ordered on Black Friday. It arrived in about 10 days. I'm really pleased with it, I'm not really a hair girlie so I'm going to need to practice - a lot! But so far it has been very simple to use and I am very impressed. I have fine bobbed hair and it has given me so much more volume. I would definitely recommend this product.

Very helpful and obliging customer care, couldn’t fault them, just tried it out this morning and really like it gonna have to practice the air wrap but first attempt is looking good, great product would highly recommended

Still waiting for a refund been 3 weeks now - pls pls people do not buy from this company! Check them out first. Here is the excuse they are sending me now as to why they csn not refund my money.

Although it took rather a long time to arrive, I am very impressed with the Airbrush. My usual bushy, frizzy mop, turned out to be very smooth and nicely styled. Not only that, it has lasted over several days.

I’m so impressed with this airbrush. I bought 2! Fast delivery too. I’ve recommended it to my hairdresser!

Unfortunately after 2 months, my daughter’s airbrush sparked , blew the fuse on the socket and burnt a hole in her duvet!
Mine is still ok, but I would be cautious.

Website is a complete scam. I cancelled my order after reading the reviews. Turns out I was never going to receive a refund. Kept being “fobbed”off with excuses why there was a delay on my refund. I had since reported them as a scam to my bank who have refunded me and are going after the website now. Please make sure you all do this also and hopefully we can get them shut down

Avoid. Customer service is absolutely awful. They claim the have no responsibility of an item once it’s marked delivered due to policy however the Uk law says different. Won’t offer even a part refund. They did offer 20% off if I brought the item again. What a joke of a company. Don’t waste your money

Hoping to get some ompg into my fine hair

I brought this airbrush without reading these reviews! The airbrush did not turn up even though it says it was delivered (by PayPal).... Absolutely no order conformation, dispatch or delivery information, no tracking, no proof of delivery.. absolutely nothing, no contact what so ever so trying to contact through pay pal to sort this as I paid through them .. currently paid for an item I have not received and struggling to find any form of contact to sort this out

I saw the product on social media but always check the actual website before I order from there. Having read the reviews on Trust pilot after placing my order I was disappointed id fallen for a possible scam. I waited a couple of weeks for my order and emailed them to ask about delivery. The email was replied to after 24 hrs stating an approximate date. I waited anticipating disappointment. However the delivery arrived one day earlier than promised and I am delighted with it. Such confusion here comparing my experience with others Could it be I ordered directly from their site and not through social media? I really have no idea why my experience was different My review isn't to confuse you regarding ordering but looking at the product from another perspective.

Extremely poor customer service, they don’t tell you that you have to wait weeks for it to arrive from china, they don’t also tell you that they don’t accept returns, and neither does there website.
Absolutely terrible customer service, save your money don’t buy from this company

Extremely bad experience, ordered a hair dryer and have been in touch with the team for a return as the blower temp doesn’t change irrespective of the various modes they have. The guys only have been asking me to share additional info and been following up since 2 months but they take no efforts in accepting the return and investigating from their end. After having bought all the time with all the back and forth email exchanges, now they say they can’t accept the return.

More practice needed to master the air wrap bits. Perhaps some guidance to be included with the item

Just like many reviews I would rate this as 0 stars if I could.

I ordered the product on the 20th November after the website said 3-5 days for delivery, it eventually turned up on the 8th December.

The item is plastic tat, the heat doesn’t change on the hairdryer, it just gets louder and louder.

I even paid extra to get the box for the product shown on their website which is white with a gold clasp, the box I received is white with a magnet on the clasp and has left cheap black fluff all over the rest of the packaging and on the outside of the box.

The website says to use their contact page to get in touch, the contact button doesn’t even allow you to send a message, I’ve only managed to send an email as I replied to a WhatsApp message saying I wanted to return the product to get this response :
