Turned off my account with no warning now my customers can't call us, absolutely unbelievable.
I'm happy to remove this review if this resolve this issue quickly, but it's been a disaster. The issue is that the customer "success" managers keep changing, and they don't communicate with each other. So you might tell one success manager that you want to renew, and the new one that joins won't be notified of this.
Good system awful customer service
The system is great and during onboarding they make it sound like you will be well looked after but good luck getting support on any issue within a timely manner. They have no customer support line and all issues must be raise via a support ticket which they can take hours to respond to even if its a simple question. So, if your facing a major issue with the system just know nothing will be done about it for a while

We've been using Aircall here at Wemolo for almost 3 years now, and it has become an essential part of our customer care department.

I use Aircall daily and I would really recommend it. They are always improving their services and when I needed their support they were always fast and efficient. The calls sound very clear and the transcriptions are really useful.
Terrible service and representatives
Terrible service and representatives. Takes 2 days to open tickets and no one knows what’s going on. I’ve had countless issues around my phone number simply not working… brand new phone… everyone else in my company has issues with them so they stopped using the app months ago. DO NOT USE if you have an important business where people need to reach you. If you are a business where you are only doing outbound calls I’m sure it’s fine… they reach out, do a Zoom then the same issue happens again, takes another few days to finally get a hold of someone and then another few days to get to a tech etc
I’ve had the same issue constantly happening (people call my phone # and it either goes straight to vm or doesn’t ring/notify me). I’ve used other companies prior and never have had this issue. Brand new iPhone when I starting using Aircall too.
Fraudulent charges
Makes fraudulent charges. Does not reply to emails. Makes it impossible to cancel. Continues to charge the account after sending more than five cancelation requests. Illegal and fraudulent.

Best App Ever
I've been using Aircall for years now. I would not switch to any other app whatever the cost. It is simply the best. I mean it!!!
SERIOUSLY BAD SUPPORT & SERVICE
Have recently subscribed and paid for Aircall - after using for a few days, we are unable to make any outbound calls because we have "reached our limit" - which is not true at all. Have contacted support - who have provided zero help at all, apart from telling us they need to contact their sales team for 'verification'? We have already paid - why is verification not done before taking our money and not letting us use the service we have paid for? Have contacted multiple times since, and still nothing. Seriously suggest you reconsider your choice if thinking to use this platform - seriously bad support and service.

My experience with Aircall has been very positive so far. The call quality is great and the app is easy to use. We haven't connected Aircall to our other system yet, but it's great to have the option to do so!

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and accountability demonstrated by AirCall following a security breach incident. Despite their invoicing for the breach and claiming to take security seriously, their refusal to engage in a simple video call meeting is concerning.
After multiple requests for a video call to discuss the breach and their security protocols moving forward, they have repeatedly dodged the request and provided only vague responses via email. This behavior is not only unprofessional but raises serious doubts about their commitment to addressing security issues promptly and transparently.
I expected better from a company that claims to prioritize security. If you value clear communication, accountability, and genuine efforts to resolve security concerns, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. This experience has left me with serious reservations about trusting AirCall with sensitive information in the future.

Lack of Personalized Support: The level of personalized attention we received was minimal. It often felt like we were just another number in their system rather than valued customers. Getting through to someone who could address our specific needs was a constant struggle.
Limited Product Flexibility: The product itself leaves much to be desired in terms of flexibility.
Overzealous Pre-Sale Contacts, Poor Post-Sale Support: Prior to signing the contract, we were bombarded with calls and emails from their team, eager to lock us into a deal. However, once we committed, their enthusiasm vanished. Post-sale support has been disappointing, with long response times and unhelpful solutions.
Overall, the initial allure of Aircall quickly faded, leaving us with a service that does not meet our expectations or needs. I would caution other businesses to consider these factors carefully before making a commitment to Aircall.
