Excellent fan. Variety of speed,despite being small (8inch diameter ) very powerful. VERY QUIET amazing multi rotational oscillate. Remote control very useful. Recommended to family but unfortunately when attempted to purchase was out of stock. I would definitely buy again for other rooms when back in stock!

Good delivery poor service when there…
Good delivery poor service when there is an issue. Bought a meaco Aircon unit. It failed after the second use. Long story short was passed to Meaco who then just don't answer the phone or emails. The Aircon centre say they cannot help even though the purchase was direct from them. If you buy from them please be aware that in the event of an issue they just pass you on.

Bad company, bad customer service.
Ordered 2 air con units, 1 worked intermittently, 1 didnt work at all. Returned both only to be hit with a £100 restocking fee even though they sold me faulty goods. Was claimed 1 unit worked fine even though it did not. Wasn't offered a return as per their own policy so filed chargeback with my bank who rightfully sided with me and got me my missing money back.
Shocking company, shocking customer services, cheap nasty faulty goods. Avoid at all costs.

To clarify, this order was placed in August last year. When you contacted us, you advised that both units were faulty, so we arranged a prepaid return collection at our expense. Upon inspection, we were unable to replicate the reported fault, and one of the returned units was subsequently resold to another customer without any reported issues.
The charge applied was not a restocking fee. It was the cost of the return collection, in line with the returns information provided when the collection was arranged.
We're sorry we couldn't reach an outcome that satisfied you, but we feel this review does not accurately reflect the circumstances or the support we provided throughout the process.

A great experience
I bought two 'silent' extractor fans from this company and the experience was excellent. The price was the best I could find online (£10 cheaper than Screwfix) and next day delivery (via Amazon) was free.

Returned our air con unit to them which…
Returned our air con unit to them which they didn't package very well. Spent £30 on return postage and now have proof that delivery was attempted and denied by them twice. They lied about this when I asked them and blamed the delivery company. Have now asked them to refund the postage due to it being there fault and not heard anything back. Avoid like the plague.

Firstly, we did not refuse delivery of your return. After we investigated this with you, you confirmed the following:
"ParcelForce have now confirmed that the return was not refused by your company. The Birmingham depot has advised that the parcel was returned because the recipient name was not recognised for delivery."
We cannot reimburse the cost of a return courier that was arranged by the customer when the courier fails to complete the delivery. Any claim for those costs would need to be raised with the courier you selected.
We extended your return window to accommodate the delay and confirmed we were still happy to accept the return, even though the packaging had sustained additional damage during transit. You later advised us that you had sold the unit, despite us still being willing to accept the return. Given these circumstances, we believe we acted fairly throughout and are disappointed that your review does not reflect the assistance we provided.

They are out of stock and they use hidden criteria just to access their website. The spam and the aggressive methods makes me so frustrated and angry as even after I reported to Advertising Standards Authority, they are still there. WHAT'S WORST THAN ADVERTISING IS FALSE ADVERTISING.
