Installation was smooth.
But aftercare is horrible:
- I reported a small issue with one of my inside units in November. Now May and still not solved;
- I arranged a contract for yearly maintenance. Now installation more than a year ago and I reached out to them about the maintenance. But they just do not respond.
I have given up on this company and went elsewhere.
