I purchased an eight hundred dollar air conditioning cover for my outdoor air conditioning unit. The package arrived very well-packed. The quality of the unit was very high! I discovered no instructions after opening the box and laying out all eight pieces. I emailed customer service (a fantastic lady named Lizzette), who replied to my email, apologized for any inconvenience that AirCoversquad may have caused, and immediately sent the instructions to me. Customer service is 2nd to none, and Lizzette can be complimented for her efforts. I suggest everyone buy their covers from this outstanding company!!!

Quick answer when requested more information. The technician came to take measurements. 2 days later it was delivered and installed. Look very nice, finally hiding this awe full grey AC block when walking home.
