Don't rent a car from Airfly-car
When I was back in my country I asked them when they are going to pay back the deposit. They told me that they made a mistake and they written of the amount form my credit card instead of only making a reservation and it was not possible to send money to outside the country. He "tried" to send the money with anyone is going to the Netherlands, but he did not succeed. He promised me to give me back the money if he comes to the Netherlands. He didn't came. So a year past and I went back to Morocco. I informed him that I was coming and that he should be on the airport to give me the money. He didn't came and after a lot of phone calls he sent it ot me 2 days after my arrival. In the first place I trusted him, but after reading a lot of negative reviews I saw that it was not mistake. They do it expressly. He is doing it to a lot of ppl. Even he gave back my money after more than a year I would never rent again at airfly-car and I would advise anyone not to rent a car at Airfy-car.

deposit of 1500 not returned 90 days!
Airfly car company takes incredible big sum as deposit -1500 eur and this sum is not blocked (reserved) on your account but taken as payment!
The car was returned without any remarks but it is already 90 days they have not returned the sum!
They are playing dirty games - do not have deals with them. Only when I initiated the official claim with international master card organization,they started to answer to my messages. But still another month passed- there money returned.

Very good Experience
Very good Experience. I have rented a 2022 clio5 diesel, The car was wonderful and the staff were very nice. I will recommend.

By far the worst landlord Marocco: the contract is signed on the hood wril who have no office! bail is the highest in the world 1500.-€ and above that the amount is deducted and not blocked it had to be 8 weeks until you sent the money back. be careful of these criminals they are also very rude. Rent a car from well-known brands.

Car rental company does not return deposit
