Order delayed/ not received/ no communication
I placed an order for 2 in stock items (children’s hoodies) on the 25th November and I’ve not yet received the parcel. I sent a message to air force gift shop on the 2nd December and have not received a reply.
Airforce gift shop sent a despatch notification on the 5th December but Royal Mail tracking 4 days later states they haven’t received the parcel.
I have messaged the company again and received no response.
