Do not use this company.
I have order a pair of Nike shoe but didn’t arrive after one month. I can’t view my transaction in the account with the company. I received a tracking number but without the forwarder information. Have contacted with the company many times but never get any reply. I used PayPal for the purchased, and so lucky to get refund from PayPal after raise a dispute claim. Thank you PayPal.

Ordered trainers, received sunglasses - clearly fake sunglasses at that.

I queried their weird 'service10' custom service email address - no idea who I was speaking with. They were adamant that they would never make a mistake like this and wanted me to send a photo of a return slip - a slip I never received; the glasses came in a horrible brown envelope with elastic bands all around it.

Upon being asked fr this, I said "How can I send you a photo of something which I haven't received?" and also pointed out their terribly written shipping & returns policy; reflecting on this, the way the content is written on the site should've been a warning sign. It should be for you.

I'm still trying to get the money back, credit card company want MORE infomation (information which I'd already sent to them...). Went to JD Sport in the end, bought the trainers, tried them on at home and hated them, felt cheap for £120! So returned them straight away.

Stay away from this website.

I ordered Nike Air Force 1 £55.99. A badly made, men's sports t.shirt arrived (brand I have never heard of). I queried and explained wrong item received and requested a refund. I was asked for photo evidence, so sent photos. I was then offered a link to another website fashiononlinemall.com to choose a different item as replacement. I declined and again asked for refund. I was given choice - 1) accept t.shirt and get max. 36% refund "it is time-saving" or (2) return t.shirt and if they receive the parcel and are happy with the claim, await for full refund but "this way will take a longer time".

Should be able to give a minus score! Disgusting scammers. Ordered a pair of trainers (which btw is the only thing on their site) and I received the cheapest pair of sunglasses I've ever seen. How in the name of god anybody can confuse the two is beyond me but these incompetent clowns managed. The goods come from China which is not mentioned on the website, it all looks perfectly legit but they are nothing short of thieves. I'm still fighting with them for my money back which they have refused, denying any liability for the wrong item being sent. Please, please DO NOT BUY from these cowboys. I've had to get my bank involved and raise a case with trading standards.
