Everything went perfectly and I…

Everything went perfectly and I received them today! But I am a little bit disappointed I was supposed to get my items the next day but I got it 3 days late, but still am thankful I got them early that the day I needed them

For the second time I have problems…

For the second time I have problems with Airmee delivery of a book from Amazon. This time the package scheduled for delivery 20th July did not arrive. Subsequently Airmee announced that "the parcel was left on an outside porch".

But there is no porch on our house, which is an apartment building in inner Copenhagen, facing on the street. There is absolutely nowhere to leave a package, unless you want any bypasser to be able to pick it up.

The root problem is likely that Airmee treats their drivers very badly, and so they almost have to 'cheat'.

But this is no way to run a business. I am highly surprised at the score of 4,6, I must say. :-)

And of course the complaints path is very difficult to get any result from. No humans in sight anywhere, only obstacles.
