I found the reason why flights won't fly from 2023, due to Air Moldova has gone bankruptcy due to plane loss. You really deserved it, Air Moldova.

Flights cancelled on August 2, refunds requested the same day. It's October 13 today, no refunds received in spite on our numerous emails to them, none of which have ever been acknowledged or answered.

Shame on you, Air Moldova.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience with AirMoldova. My flight, 9U832 on June 30, 2023, was canceled, and my attempts to get a refund have been met with complete silence. Despite providing all the required documentation, the airline has not responded or processed my refund request. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I strongly urge AirMoldova to address this issue promptly.

They canceled all of my flights I had with them, 3 months ago. I haven't received any update about my refund.

Airmoldova cancelled our flight 9 days before departure and still we haven't received any refund or answer on the emails. They just keep ignoring us...
Don't recommend to deal with them.

Cancelled my flight 4 days before a trip to Baku for the Grand prix. No explanation and no response to my email for a refund, £700 grand prix tickets plus my accommodation costs, hopfully my credit card company can help with a refund

The airline cancelled the flight with an email saying i was entitled to a refund. I have contacted them many times by phone and email and they never answered. They are really scammers. Avoid this company at all costs! better for you to pay a little more but to deal with a serious company. There are many other cases like this...avoid it

I have bought a ticket that is cancellable a month ago and I have emailed them a bit over a week after buying it because my mom wasn't able to travel anymore.
They never pick up their phones and they completely ignored my email.

The worst carrier ever! Cancelled the flight a few days before, offering no alternatives. Impossible to get money back. Pure scam! Stay away if you appreciate your mental health, time and money.

My flight was cancelled, and none of the customer support numbers are working. My vacation is ruined for now.

As with other comments 7 years ago I had a flight with air moldova and they cancelled the flight 17 hours before the flight ,that made me have to buy tickets from Aeroflot at 5X the price ...This airline has devolved since then... they do not communicate via email and NEVER answer their phone...no reply via social media ... I have a recent need to go to Moldova, I tried to buy the tickets...time and time again the transaction doesnt finalize ...the same happens with another Moldovan airline FlyOne that I will make another experience on them ... Air Moldova is actually more properly much less than zero stars , before the problem 7 years ago and now , I enjoyed flying with them...Now you risk a cancellation, and fighting to get your money back

They changed the day of departure by 3 days and the customer support doesn't reply at all. I can't use the flight they scheduled now because I have some business at the place of arrival.

Buying a ticket on airmoldova, took me 2-3 minutes to enter all the info, I booked over 100 flights, so I can enter info fast, and I bought over 20 tickets on this website before.

trying to pay and it says, "someone booked your ticket try again" and now I have to try again, when I check the price it's 20 euros more.

This is a scheme used by airlines to sell tickets more expensive.
