They cancelled my flight 3 months before the trip and they informed I was not untitled of a refund, even though it was clearly writen on their Terms & Conditions, under any circunstances.
Extreme lack of integrity and worst custommer service in the world. Never picked up the phone. Hardly responded to e-mails and when they acctually respond to one, the content of the reply, besides looking like it was written by a child, it is always an attempt to make a fool of you.
After one month of this joke and with almost 1000€ in stake, I send to their office a legal notification of a lawsuit and they finally refund my money BUT with the unfortunate comment that they were doing a gesture of goodwill.
SHAME!

We are only a intermediary of airline products. We as a travel agency did not cancel your flight, it was the airline who cancelled it because they went bankrupt. Since they went bankrupt they had no money to refund to you.
We recommend to anyone traveling abroad to have some kind of travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events like this. We have our own cancellation insurance that you could have purchased when you made the booking, but you chose not to purchase this.
In your case we decided to refund you the amount for the cancelled tickets , even though we did not get any money back from airline. That is why we called it a "good will", we where not obligated to refund any money to you, but we decided to make an exception.
We are really sorry that this happened, but we can not control the airlines bankruptcies.
So please in the future make sure that you have en travel insurance that can cover these kind of unforeseen situations.

Good price but not the best user experience. No option to change the language (and ideally it should align with the browser language automatically). Even if you’re a Portuguese company, your customers are not necessarily Portuguese. And there’s no way to change the email address on the last step nor to go back in the form steps when you’re buying a ticket. So just because I misspelled my email, I had to go over the whole process again!

Regarding the language we have to use local language, so our website airngo.pt has to be in Portuguese. We also have our website airngo.de where the language is in German. We do however offer the ticket in English.

I have booked a flight on the 3rd October, I received the e-mail confirmation yet the tickets didn't arrive. After many attempts by phone and e-mail I got absolute no answer. After 2 days for my surprise I received a very ambiguous e-mail stating that the reservation of the flight wasn't possible due to the air flight operator and that I could eventually be refunded. However, at today's date I still haven't received a refund and can not contact airngo by phone or e-mail. This is an huge lack of respect towards a client. My reservation number is 12376446, I really hope to get an answer soon.

Unfortunately, in some cases, the tickets are not confirmed for various reasons, and in those cases we refund the amount paid and send an email to the customer regarding this. It can take up to 7 bank days for the money to get back to the account, but this is up to the bank, not us. We process the refund immediately.
