I was not impressed by the follow up from Airofit following the failure of the device.

The product is good, but I was upset that even after paying for Elite, you still need to subscribe to the app to unlock additional exercises. I don't mind paying, but one would assume you wouldn't have to subscribe after buying an Elite package. They could be more customer-centric rather than product-centric. People who buy these products are clearly into personalized health. A much more customer-centric approach would be to offer a 30-minute virtual call post-purchase to find the right exercises for the customer, and then offer a subscription tailored to their specific health goals.

The app feels pleasant and professional to use.
When you emailed me that I was eligible for an upgrade from my Airofit Basic, it convinced me to choose the Elite version.
I use Airofit because I want to strengthen my respiratory system, as I deal with apnea and asthma, and every bit of improvement makes a real difference for me.

The new ELITE product is great, more insights and precision

Airofit delivers quick, measurable respiratory gains, with training sessions that feel structured and abundant rather than repetitive. The easy charging and sturdier build make it a clear improvement over its predecessor. Overall, it’s a more robust, reliable device that left me pleased with the results.

Airfit elite the app was free now you need to have a subscription in order to benefit of all training sections 😓

Pretty good little machine, the elite device have a battery with much langer stamina than the pro! Keeping records works good in general, however - using the device/app with various phones or tablets is sometimes tricky. All in all: 4 well earned stars with still a little room for improvement. 🤗

Airofit has helped me increase my lung performance for cycling through the various exercise sessions.

I cannot give more than one star, because I wasn’t still able to use the new device, that I’ve received weeks ago. The APP couldn’t log me in with my credentials and I’m considering giving up on this.

A great tool to work on an important skill. The hardware and app both function very intuitively.

After the Pro 2.0 I have started using the Elite. And it is a better experience. Faster response, indication of correct positioning en a better app. Almost through the first 30 days of usage and capacity and strength is improving. Regards from Rotterdam

Disappointing durability
I purchased an Airofit device in 2021, expecting a premium product that would last for years. Unfortunately, the e-unit has broken three separate times. while customer service replaced it the first two times, it has failed yet again.
This time, I was told they no longer manufacture my model and my only option is to pay $250 to upgrade to a new device. Given how much the original unit cost, dealing with hardware failures every single year—only to be told to spend more money when it inevitably breaks—is incredibly frustrating. I expected much better build quality and product support for the price.

I have tried other similar devices. I love how I can separately adjust the inhale and exhale resistance depending on what I need. It also helps me note my improvement.
