Aironox 

Purchased in November and it worked for less than 30 seconds. Emailed Aironox and initially they were very helpful. Requested photos and video proof that the machine did not work which I was happy to do. They agreed the item was faulty and we agreed they would send replacement.
To date it has not arrived and they have stopped responding to my emails. They have had my payment for 4 months

took around 15 days to arrive. The box it's packaged in arrived damaged so I was worried about what the product would look like but it was fine. Good product. Would recommend to everyone

I live in the UK and the product comes with an EU plug. I had to go buy an adaptor which is annoying but still a good product.

I am unhappy because delivery was delayed a lot and i feel like shipping shouldnt take this long, I can see now they have put how long it takes on their store but this shouldve been there from the start! Once it FINALLY arrived I tired it on my t-shirts and was secretely hoping its wasnt very good so I could return it and write a bad review but it actaully does work so ill give credit where credit is due.

This is a cheap, plastic, piece of garbage that can’t remove a single wrinkle no matter how long you leave the garment on this machine. The return policy is trash as well. After weeks of communication with their customer service via email, I was told that even though I was within their return window, I had to pay to return the item and they would charge me a 30% restocking fee. Save yourself time and too much money on this by getting an iron.

Poor customer service. Slow replies to emails. Missing parts still not dispatched despite waiting many months.

January 17, 2026, It has now been two weeks since I received a notice that my order was delivered at the front door. You told me that that was incorrect that as soon as you have update shipping information, you will send it to me, a week and no updates at this point I would like you to cancel my order and refund my money in full or I will take legal actions.

This page is totally a scam, I’ve been waiting for more than 6 months. The shipping company never showed up, the delivery address is my dental clinic and I have videos and everything to prove they never showed up and never called. It says they’ve returned after all this time and I’ve been requesting my refound for more than 2 months and now I’m not getting responses, you have to close their page somehow to stop stealing money from people. I want my refound, I’ve been trying to be polite but this is too much!

Aironox sent me a faulty unit and then attempted to deny responsibility by claiming I didn’t open and test it within 24 hours of delivery — an unreasonable and unrealistic demand, especially for working customers. This is not how Australian consumer rights operate.

After extensive back and forth, they eventually agreed to a return and refund, but only if I paid the return shipping upfront, with a promise that the cost would be reimbursed.

The return shipping cost $148.

They have since ignored my emails and failed to refund the shipping cost, despite multiple follow-ups. The unit itself cost $262, meaning I have paid more than half the price of the product just to try it, even though it was faulty.

This behaviour is misleading and unacceptable. I am now raising this matter with NSW Fair Trading and awaiting their response.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company unless you are prepared to fight for a refund.

WARNING - Complete scam. Don't buy!!
Took months for my order to even arrive in the first place. When it arrived I used it to dry one t-shirt for 10minutes. Tried to turn it on again and no power, completely dead. Contacted customer support for replacement / refund. Was put off for weeks and weeks saying they were looking in to it and then nothing. Contacted multiple times and keep getting told they're reviewing it. It's 2 months later and no resolution. Complete scam

Beware!!!! Do yourself a favor and skip the temptation. This product is going to cost you somewhere in the ballpark of $60 US dollars once you open the box and try it!!! There is a 30% restock fee when you return it because it doesn’t do what it shown on website . You have to ship it with tracking to California…. Which will cost around $30 because you have to ship it back in same box! My mistake for buying! You are penalized for opening box and trying to get it to work! Then, they ask YOU to notify THEM when the return is delivered to them! You have to track it and then send them the email that it arrived at their facility- no I am not kidding. I will also contact the better business bureau and file a report

Unit simply doesn’t work … fundamentally flawed . Opened it, it worked for less than 15 seconds and then shut off. Power input is fine and tested. Poor build quality. Must be failed internal unit. I’m possible to get hold of customer service .

What they sell is absolute rubbish; don't waste your money.
All the 5-star reviews on their website are false.

It takes them nearly 3-4 months to deliver from China, and you are so disappointed in the performance and the time it takes to set up and complete one garment that you could have finished the whole ironing pile the normal way. The electric bill will be doubled, too.
Plus, in summer, the steam will have you sweating even more.
I haven't got one nice thing to say about the item or the company. It is cheaply made and a total waste of money.

Takes weeks to arrive and it turns up with a faulty EU-UK socket so won’t switch on.

They finally reply and confirm it’s a known issue!! But to use my own socket. Tried a generic shaver plug and doesn’t work!

It is a Christmas gift so now have had to go buy one off Amazon! What is the point in paying all that money to be messed around like this.

Now they just ignore your emails. Pathetic

I paid for this product in August 2025, and I'm still waiting to receive it after several communications and refund requests. I still don't have a refund or the product. Just a bunch of emails telling me to be patient while this is getting resolved. Unacceptable customer service. I would NEVER recommend or purchase anything from Aironox again

I placed my order on October 2nd and the Aironox team has been very responsive and polite in every email.
They explained that the delay was due to higher demand than expected, and they always replied with respect and transparency.
I really appreciate their clear communication and hope my order will be shipped within the promised time frame.

Good product.
The only reason it’s not 5 stars is just down to delivery times. 7 weeks from order to delivery but I had read their shipping times and other reviews so knew that it would take longer than expected.
The product itself I’m really pleased with. I have only used it for shirts and a jiu jitsu gi jacket so far but am very happy with the results.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I had checked this site before purchasing this for my wife for Christmas. I see that everyone gets the same BS responses on delays and shipping updates. I will be requesting a refund. Re: AIR98890215 order
