I’ve used this company 2 times and both experiences had to wait at least 1 to 1.5 hours to get my car after arriving back at Frankfurt Airport. They will block your phone number if you call them more than once when they don’t arrive within their “30 minute window”. They have proven that the actions and attitudes of this company is very unprofessional and unacceptable.
The instructions to go there are not clear, as your Navigation System is pointing out to a garage of this company and not the location to check in. This garage is on the fifth floor and is closed.... without a proper way to drive down, you need their help to open the garage, drive through it and go to the other location. Very frustrating when you are in a hurry.
At the check in, waiting for 15 minutes to be able to check in. On top of that, I had to pay extra, almost up to 50% of the original costs. This while my car was longer than 5 meters (normal car, nothing special).... and while I needed the bus transport to the airport for 5 persons (instead of 4).
While in a rush, did not start any argument. Just showed my unbelieve, and moving on to pay. I was only allowed to pay cash, no cards were accepted. Asking for a receipt, did not get it. Sure.....
Don't go there! Take another parking
When we picked up our car on one side mirror was damaged. Personal said the users are responsible and they could nothing about this. They say that the carpark is 24 hours guarded but the cameras do not cover the hole carpark. The parking place of our car could not be seen on the cameras.
