Thank you for the feedback. We take this seriously, but we’re unable to find any order, account or support ticket matching this review — and we’ve had no contact from you through any channel.
If you did purchase from us, please send your order number to support@airplans.app and we’ll investigate immediately and make it right. Every eSIM we sell is delivered instantly with a QR code, and any plan that fails to activate is fully refunded.
