Scratched my car!

Scratched my car!
Only one star and certainly wouldn't use again. Pictures were taken of my car and I know there wasn't a scratch on it like there was when I returned. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, I've emailed and absolutely nothing, no response whatsoever. Disgusting! Left them plenty of time to respond. Happy to add the picture but I can't.

Absolute scam asking me £20 more to give me my car

Very rude staff behind the phone . Asking me extra £20 while I write down my flight number , date etc.
My flight simply was on 29th And I arrived 1 am on 30th and they are asking for full day . Also they are claiming 5 min away from airport but surprisingly ask me to wait 30 minutes. Whole experience was disappointing and would never use them again .

Avoid like the plague

Avoid this company and all of its affiliates (e.g., airparks, maple parking, ace parking, purple parking) they're cowboys and owned by the same unscrupulous group. Left my car with their meet and greet service at Luton airport and was notified 3 days into our family holiday that the clutch had mysteriously broken. No further details were provided and no solutions were offered. When I try to find a resolution my emails are ignored and my phone calls are left unanswered. It seems they just want me to move my car myself without offering any help whatsoever, despite the incident happening while it was in their care. I have a 2 year old daughter and after a long flight she'll be exhausted, yet when we land, all of us will have to deal with this situation that holiday extras has created. I'll never use this type of service again; you think you're making savings but you're absolutely not because if something goes wrong, they have no procedures in place to manage the situation. Beware

Paid extra for nothing

I booked this for my weekend break and paid more for a car wash. On return 4 days later. My car was not washed. When called I was directed to email. Well over 10 days later I haven't had a response. Their live chat is not working and its just rubbish customer service. If you want to book, don't pay extra for car wash.

NOT IMPRESSED!

The drop off and pick up went smoothly enough.
Unfortunately on my return to the car park, I immediately noticed damage to my car. I brought this to their attention at the time and was given an email address to contact. The website says they will be in contact within 2 hours of a working day.
Guess what? Still waiting and it's been 5 days!!

Wouldn’t book again

Wrong address and postcode given so finding it in the dark early in the morning was very difficult and required lots of phone calls.
Waited over 30 mins to be collected from the airport on arrival back from holiday.
