Really pleased with the service. Our driver turned up at our hotel on time for the return journey. Was a little chaotic on arrival at Istanbul airport, we had to wait half an hour for the driver to appear. There were many taxi companies outside arrivals and they notified the drivers as people arrived. But we got our driver and all was well! Great value for money.

Avoid like the plague

Book a taxi from Godstone to Gatwick at 2.15 AM for an early flight out of Gatwick on a family holiday

2.25 tried calling the sun contractor uk airport cars and no answer- so call the emergency number and they confirm they can’t reach the sub contractor

Eventually get a call from uk airport cars telling me the driver sticking traffic (at 2.30 am) told to wait 2
Mins while they contact the driver.

Call than back 10
Minutes later , another fob off told them they have 2 mins to call me back 2.45 am call agin to be told the driver took another job and won’t arrive until 3.05 nearly an hour later. Ended up driving and parking in line stay car park at 3x the price

Pick up was puntual & the driver was very kind and helpful for both journeys….. I would highly recommend using airport taxi transfers… and I will inform my family and friends to use them for future trips.

Driver arrived at our pick up location bang on time in an immaculate Tesla. Communication prior to his arrival was excellent with receipts, contact details for the driver etc. Would 100% use this company again!

I loved the messages after booking keeping me updated prior to the trip

On arrival the driver was initially rude stating he had called me 11 times, I only had 1 message on my phone, but he was fine once on our way.
However on the return the wrong vehicle was sent as we had booked and paid for an 8 seater vehicle and an estate car was sent, the driver was unapologetic and simply stated not his fault take it up with the company, this left us with little option but to have a very cramped ride to the airport, the driver however was very nice and his vehicle was also very nice although not what we had booked. Both journeys to and from airport were on time and nice vehicles, overall a positive service.

Overall, the transfer service was amazing. The drivers were professional, punctual, and the transport was comfortable throughout our journey.

The only small improvement would be that the first vehicle could have had a clean before collection, as it wasn’t quite as fresh as expected. However, this was a minor issue and didn’t affect the excellent service we received.

I would definitely use this transfer service again and highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Malta.

Great service. What's app message when we landed with picture showing them at the airport with a sign with my name. Return journey driver was early waiting outside for us. We were a group of 9. Both mini vans were great and air con nice and cool.

Essy to book online, helpful information in the confirmation email. Driver was very friendly and polite and offered some good tips on the area. The vehicle was spotless. And he was there to greet us, easy to spot, even though our plane arrived 15 mins early. Would recommend.

I always use this company when I travel, they are well priced, nice clean cars, courteous drivers and arrive on time. They keep you updated and send you reminders of dates and travel times. I would not use anyone else as they are the best in the business.

Very easy to book which was good. I ordered two booster seats and a baby seat. Only 1 booster seat was available and The driver couldn’t couldn’t fit the child seat. On the return trip there was no booster seats available and the child seat wasn’t made available either. There is an extra charge for these items. The driver was waiting for us at the airport which was good however the driver was also 10 mins late on the return journey which was disappointing. But I would book again as the price was reasonable and it was easy to book.

Outstanding service! We booked 3 transfers from this company (one in USA and 2 in Canada). The drivers got in touch with us days before the trip and communication about where to meet, how to find them, what car was being driven etc was first class. Lovely, helpful drivers each time.
I had one transfer booked with a different company and there was no communication, no reply to my messages/calls and the driver was not there to pick up, so hats off to airport taxi transfers- I will use them everytime now.

Brilliant service, really easy and quick to book. I was able to amend my booking by adding another passenger with only a few clicks on their form.
The driver was very professional and polite, and the vehicle was modern, extremely well maintained.
