Booking was very easy. Communications and information was great start to finish. Message from driver was waiting as I landed at Montreal Airport, communication with driver was excellent- pick up was smooth and effortless. Journey was wonderful and felt safe. I would not hesitate to use again.

Very disappointed with this service. Fully paid for both my airport transfers about 6 weeks prior to travel. On destination airport arrival the driver was slightly late but the communication was fine, however on our return, no driver. I texted, phoned and emailed contacts given with no response, finally spoke to the London office who ‘helpfully’ suggested I try and book another cab, he didn’t seem bothered at my predicament.
Thankfully our hotel was great and found us a taxi but it was 20% more expensive, and half an hour later than planned and not as spacious, nor as comfortable. Traffic was bad so we got to the airport over an hour later than planned which was very stressful for me and my family.
Back home I contacted Airport transfers who have proposed refunding me for the return journey, but won’t compensate me for the awful experience nor the increase in price I had to pay, even though I have receipts to prove the expense.
No refund yet, they’re stating T’s and C’s which means that I have to argue with the local supplier to get any suitable compensation, and I just don’t have the time, but feel it’s important to share my experience with you.
Use at your own risk, hopefully it’ll work for you but if not their after-sales service is rubbish. I will never use them again.

A excellent service and a wonderful driver who helped contact the hotel to arrange for someone to pick me up as I was running late. He didn’t have to do that I am very grateful to him we also had a good chat in the taxi I really hope I get him for the return journey

The driver is on time with good communication through pick up process. He is very polite and humor. I will definitely recommend this driver and company.

Brilliant service, early both times to collect us, polite and the van was comfy and well driven. Would highly recommend.

Just brilliant - we’ve had two transfers so far both of the vehicles were really comfortable and clean and spacious. The drivers were courteous helpful and efficient and we felt safe in the vehicles. They were at our collection points 10 minutes before we were so our journeys were effortless – very impressed.

Great service taxi was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived and had a fast transfer to the port to catch the ferry.

I booked and paid for four taxi journeys with this company: two transfers from Malaga Airport to Benalmádena and two return transfers from Benalmádena to Malaga Airport.
Unfortunately, only two of the four taxis provided the service as expected.
One taxi never arrived. Communication with both the driver and the company was extremely difficult. The driver was abrupt, initially telling us he was four minutes away before later saying he wasn't coming at all. After waiting four hours, the only advice the company could offer was to book another taxi.
The fourth taxi arrived very late. The driver did not answer his phone, did not speak to us during the journey, and offered no explanation or apology for the delay.
As advised by the company, we submitted two formal complaints, but we have received no response whatsoever.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The service was unreliable, communication was poor, and customer service was virtually non-existent. I will not be using this company again and cannot recommend them.

First class, reliable service. Very happy with early /prompt arrival times of the drivers. Lovely cars. Careful driving. Polite service. Highly recommended.

This time, after I had already booked my transfer, my airline unexpectedly moved my flight two hours earlier. I was extremely stressed because I knew that changing a booking less than 24 hours before departure can be difficult!
I was therefore very relieved to receive your confirmation during the night, and the next morning everything had been rearranged so that the driver arrived two hours earlier. I understand that this last-minute change must have been stressful for everyone involved, but thanks to your team everything worked out perfectly.

Driver was on time, in fact early, courteous and so friendly.

I was very happy with the service I received I got a text msg a day before telling me that my transfer vehicle would be waiting for me and where I had to go along with a phone number if I had any problems the driver was lovely and greeted us with a smile and helped us load our luggage and on the last day of our holiday we got a msg again the day before telling us who our driver would be and where he would come we then got a direct msg from the driver telling us his name and car number plate driver was very nice and polite
I have to say I felt very safe traveling with my family especially as both of my transfers were very late in the night I definitely recommend and I know I will be using their services again .

Easy and hassle free service. No hold ups at all, an absolute seamless and perfect process at a bargain price. The vehicle was spacious, luxurious and clean and the driver George was amazing he picked us up for the arrival and the departure and he was absolutely brilliant, lifted all the cases into the minibus, very chatty and efficient. On the arrival leg of the service he offered information and recommended a number of places we should visit whilst in Crete, George is an asset to the business. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone visiting the island. A++++++
