Good experience
Good experience! Hadn't been to NYC for 20 years, everything has changed. However, I liked being able to book our car service online, get text updates & prices up front. The cars were on time, drivers nice, they answered any questions we had & one was like tour guide .
Would definitely recommend this car service & use them in the future.

Great Service
Very responsive team in their office, reliable service and was on time. Once I landed I received a call that my car is waiting for me. Got in a very clean, prestigious and comfortable car. Also, driver was well dressed, polite, and professional in getting around the city. Finally, I got exactly what I was told, I got even extras!
airport transfer is my go to place for the next ride!

Highly Recommended
I had probably one of the best rides, and I’ve tried all sort of ground transportation and companies. Airport Transfers of NY, made my ride the best, starting from how easy to use their website was, customer support agent who helped me navigate through a few changes he was so patient and polite, car was right on time in front of my place, driver was very polite and made every possible effort to make sure I’m comfortable till I got to the airport. Moreover, he even helped me with my luggage. I just want to thank everyone at Airport Transfers of NY and share my appreciation and let them know that I will definitely be using them again soon.

Poor commmunication (2 emails unanswered for days) and nearly 1 hour late for an airport pick up with no credible explanation. Also expensive compared to other companies. Avoid. Just to add, the company’s response below leaves me underwhelmed not least because I am expected to contact them to resolve! The car booked for the return from another company was perfect. On time and great communication. It can be done
I now see that they are claiming to have phoned me many times. Simply not true. The drivers phone was switched off and voicemail not activated. The experience is now being made worse by the reply posted here - I dispute much of what has been said.
Seriously, I would avoid these guys.
Google other companies. We used Carmel on the return journey - perfect and cheaper
