Ungrateful

Well Ms bliss it's nothing to do with being a male it's looking at you from the perspective of what the Americans affectionately refer to as a KAREN a busy body who does not appreciate the fact that 90% of everything you use is delivered by a Scummy driver,think of this every time you require something a SCUMMY DRIVER In an unroadworthy vehicle delivered it for an ungrateful KAREN like you.

HELLO Phil replying to your review about me! Well if you read the rest of the reviews about this company they all state ‘scummy drivers’. I didn’t speak a word to the horrible man driving the truck, he started shouting at me for parking in an empty parking space. How does that account for ‘Ms Bliss got out on the wrong side of the bed’??? Just also another human doing a job in the community. Typically another man saying this.

Arrogant People in Air Products

Air Products Middle East is filled with Arrogant People. All the driver, Customer Service Officers very Arrogant People. And also in this Air Products Middle East company there is no system to update any process. Its customer's choice to do the payment via cash, cheque or bank transfer. They keep on saying our system accepts only one particular type of payment, once what you have did last time, like cheque, cash etc.
They are not ready to accept their mistakes and to upgrade their method of accepting payment method.
Before merging People were understanding and sensible.

What a rip off

Air products changed the terms of my contract without telling me. They started charging me rental on what was a deposit paid cylinder. They refused to return all of my deposit, despite the fact that they chose to end it. I feel very let down.

I'm surprised anyone buys from them


Another sc.mbag company.
They claim they don't sell cylinders, they just rent them, and then charge you a daily fee, of course, additionally you have to pay a deposit.
Air Products is a very similar piece of s..t to BOC.
I will never use their pathetic service.

If you near Ethan there is a great place to get argon, just pay for deposit of any bottle size u need + gas. Then when you don’t need it you return the bottle and you get ur deposit back . AS SHOULD IT BE IN THE NORMAL COUNTRY.

!!!Avoid Air Products other wise you will very regret!!!!

Driver thinks his time in the fuel island is more important than every one else trlr 613086 just sat at island after fueling instead of pulling off to the side ignorance is blisshire better drivers

not a company with a good moral compass!

A company who takes every opertunity to take money from you and charge without notice and then put the debt collecting agency (plus fees) . Then have the audaicty to say that if I had asked if there was a collection charge they would have told me. I fully believe that a company should inform people of any charges before they are levied. I would seriously recomend not using this company unless you have no other option

Possibly the worst company I've ever…

Possibly the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
They will try at every opportunity to charge you more money than was agreed when you take out your contract. It take weeks to ever speak to anyone and then nothing is resolved.
I would find any other Gas supplier rather than deal with these crooks.

Worst National company you will come across !! Rip off !! Always put an evergreen clause in their contract and increasing price . Worse is Gloria Kim agent , she is Rip off and her boss John !! I think we should take them to court .

Despite putting a complaint in about their partner company gas direct they have failed to get in touch nevermind sorting the problems they obviously don't care about there customers how arrogant can a company get intend to move my business to boc asap

Never Sign A Contract With AirProducts

We have been with AirProducts since 2016, supplying us liquid argon. After taking over from my colleague I noticed that AP were continually increasing their prices, not just for liquid argon, but also tank rental, servicing and other extras. After getting nowhere with their reps, I wanted to cancel the contract and get another supplier. However, I was told that I need to give a one year’s notice, and we were on a 3 year rolling contract. Therefore, if you tell them with in one year of the renewal date you can’t break the contract for another 3 years! So, I was stuck with AP for another 3 years and 10 months at this point. Another 3+ years of price hikes and questionable service. I managed to give them sufficient notice and we ended the contract in August this year. However, they decided to keep supplying us and did nothing to organise their tank removal, instead they kept on delivering the argon as if nothing had happened. When this was questioned with their rep I was informed, that they had not been told that I wanted it removed. I was livid, I cancelled the contract a year ago. But this is the kicker, we also have to pay them to remove their tank! Then the lorry “broke down” that was due to pick it up. All this caused me a lot of hassle and an extra month worth of costs. In conclusion, NEVER EVER SIGN A CONTRACT WITH AirProducts, they will take you for a ride and shaft you anyway they can. We have told all our customers, suppliers and anyone that will listen to totally avoid them.

BEING OVERCHARGES BY AIR PRODCTS

After using air products for 18 years and being overcharged on rental on 3 cylinders ,decided to switch suppliers on a pay for gasses as used.Around 5 workshops around me have stopped using thisrip off company. They have lost their customer base by overcharging for cylinder rental. Now I can understand why their stock market value has reduced. The pick up driver told me they have lost a lot of garage trade in London.

AVOID! don't waste your time .

AVOID ! lots more wasted time on the phone being passed around. Still waiting for my refund for the empty bottle delivered ! No one knows what is happening or will take responsibility .

Not the greatest company to work for

Not the greatest company to work for. Management does care about the employees as long as they protect each other. For the plant manager to say without hesitation that they don't want to hear one person's side of an altercation is very unprofessional. But one shouldn't be surprised considering she can be found in her office crying half the time. But try contacting HR, they don't care to follow up on any issues either. Good luck in the future, you're going to need it after all your good employees get wrongfully fired because they weren't buddy buddy with you or leave for better opportunities.

Unbelievable NON GREEN !!!

I emailed Air Products a detailed letter explaining that my Pub gas supplier had gone bankrupt & that I had 12 of their cylinders. Received a email from Claire asking for my Air Products account number - obviously hadn't read the email or was just being obtuse? I emailed back and told them I would dispose of them - no response! What a criminal waste when they can't be bothered to pick up valuable resources.

I would give the minus if I could

I would give the minus if I could. Placed the order and then asked some questions and not one person responded to me. They are by far the absolute worst company to deal with. No one responds, no one helps its like pulling teeth avoid!

Poor service from one person

Have been with this Company over 20 years never had a problem until now. Phoned for accounts Lewis Clapman does not answer phone despite waiting over 1hr on hold. Tried 4 times over two months same everytime. Emailed the guy 4 times never responds. Finally phoned the emergency number and hey presto someone answered the phone, but could not deal with query. However he said ring this number and they will sort, and fair enough they answered the phone and a lovely lady sorted the problem. So my advice is ring the emergency number to speak to them.

i strongly advice anyone who has been…

i strongly advice anyone who has been supplied by this company to check there usage of gas, i have been with this company since 2006 known as Cryo services previously, i check my gas usage and found out i have been charge 500% more than I use, I gave them notice of six month and paid evry invoice and they are still trying to take money from my company. they used charge me £445 fix monthly sum and them added extra charges when Co2 prices went up approx £55.00 per month. My bill from local supplier is around £120.00 per month.
