Used once and now won’t even turn on .. Absolute rubbish!

I have used this twice, asa wheelchair user, I thought it would be useful! However when I go to use it it doesn’t work. I contact the support team and they tell me oh it’s just out of warranty sorry!
Send us a video of the problem and we can talk you through it?
Talk me through what it doesn’t work? Do yourself a favour and go and find another solution because these guys do not love their customers!

I was happy with the product until at 6 months old it stopped working, I had only used it maybe a dozen times, I tried to contact the company to find out how to either return for repair or replacement under warranty.
After the third email I received a reply basically saying there was no warranty and the 30 day returns policy had passed so nothing they would do.
Rubbish company, rubbish customer support!!

Purchased Airpumpx and it arrived without instructions or fittings, including USB to charge device.
Have written three times but still no response.
May be a great product but useless if you cannot recharge!

My AirPumpX arrived at long last yesterday. I charged it up with the not included cable and then switched it on by removing the hose from one end. So far so good….not! The device switches on for about 10 seconds then switches straight off. The pump does not work at all. Total rip off!! Contacted the supplier who asked me to send video proof of the fault which I did. Waiting to hear back from them as I have lost total confidence in this product and want a refund. I will contact my credit card company to intervene if I don’t get a satisfactory response.

My Airpumpx finally arrive after paying for express delivery, which was a waste of money! Checking the contents I discovered I'd only received the pump and nothing else? Contacted them and explained the situation and that the pump looked like someone had returned it. Told there no longer supply the charging lead as stated on their website, pathetic! I sent them a photo of their website which clearly shows the lead and the other items I didn't receive. Should I return it or give it up as a bad experience?

I bought from the proper company. 5 stars to start but it broke after 10 months, this type of pump is a game changer id you still use old hand pumps (I use it for MTB tyres). The display flicks on and then off completely and no charging is possible. I contacted the company. I understood their 30 day returns policy but expected them to have a one year manufacturer's warranty. They didn't so there is nothing I can do. I have exchanged a few emails and really thought they would send me a new one or offer some kind of discount on a replacement...but nothing. Kind of grating as I recommended them to two friends who also bought them. Theirs are fine so maybe I was just unlucky but I am now going to look at other companies with better warranties.

This is a cheap rip-off, not branded as airpumpx, took months to arrive, so much for express shipping and tracking, does not work, is rubbish, website is misleading, isn't even model advertised elsewhere, no manual, cheap and tacky generic pump, beware, they do not respond to emails and tracking information is not worth the money paid.

Product poor received tried did not work sent back still awaiting a resonse never mind a refund take my word poor product and extremely poor customer service

AirPumpX is the best electric pump for cyclists and car drivers. Its super high quality and out-performs any other pump on the market. I have tried a few different brands and the airpumpx is the best by far!

Did return an Airpump back in February. I have a receipt that the pump was delivered to their address.
They do not respond to any emails nor refund to returned pump.
Please do not buy here.

WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY CHARGE BUT DO NOT GIVE YOU THE PRODUCT!! Ordered two AIrPump pumps, paid them for insured & tracked shipping. They used a company that does not deliver in my area, claimed it was delivered at midnight (even though my security cameras show no attempt at delivery). AirPumpX did not provide a refund nor did they attempt to re-ship the order. They refer you to the shipper who refers you to the merchant. AirPumpX has terrible business practices! You can purchase similar products on Amazon who will honor their commitments if there are issues with delivery.

I received the pump. It does not work. Charged it. Does not work. Two emails sent. No reply. Dodgy company it seems. Buy local.

I bought the airpump to use on my bicycle. It arrived, no factory seal on the box and no instruction manual. I used it on my bike tyre and it wouldn't inflate it even after leaving it on for 5 minutes.. and this can apparently inflate a car tyre? Yeah right!

So I returned the item and asked for a refund, I got messed around for over 2 months being fobbed off by email saying that the refund was on its way, I eventually contacted my credit card company who refunded the money straight away.

Do not waste your time with this company or the faulty products that they sell.

UPDATE:

Two months later having already received my refund they are now trying to dispute with my credit card company that they ever received the returned faulty item and are also saying that their policy does not refund past 30 days (even if its faulty?) So their tactic seems to be to prolong the refund for as long as they can and then claim it went over 30 days. Luckily I have records of them promising a refund as well as proof of return by recorded delivery. Absolute joke of a company and my credit card company agrees with me.

Hardly any air comes out so it does not pump up my Bycicle tyre ...though I was getting it from the Uk but arrived from chine...no Manuel and I now found out i could hv bought it cheaper back home ...

I just filled up all four of my car tires and it worked very well. I was shocked at how much power this little pump has. Came with multiple adapters. Have not tried my bike tires yet but ill report back when I do. It’s a great little pump

This is without a doubt the best gadget I have brought this year! It inflates my bike tires effortlessly. Highly recommend this!

Brilliant product! I take it with me every time I go out for a ride! Highly recommended

Both product and service are not good. At first, they were delayed, at second there was no English manual and at third my return supposedly did not arrive.
