WARNING: I ordered a car purifier for £200, 2 months ago - I received an order confirmation, but since have not heard or received anything.
They don't aswer on their website chat, e-mail, facebook or the phone.
This is either a scam or they have gone out of business.
I ordered their airpurifier 150 which is their most expensive purifier. The order confirmation email said the item will be dispatched in 1-2 business days and i will get an email to confirm dispatch. 10 days later and nearly £1000 short, no email, phone call update or the item. I tried all the available avenues to get in touch to see where my order is. No one answers their chat, emails or telephone.
Appalling after sales and customer service. If you can’t be bothered with retail customer orders then just don’t sell them to them. Looks like it’s not worth it to you.
I am gutted for having spent nearly £1000 buying from a company that can’t be bothered to at least send an update 10days later!
