Funded them on Indiegogo nearly 3 years ago with over $200USD. Never received a product or refund.

Ran a fraudulent fundraising campaign that delivered no product.

This company is a fraud. They scam people by selling them an air selfie drone but never deliver the product. STAY AWAY from this company!!

It's a con. Two and a half years ago I purchased an Airpix and it still hasn't arrived. They make promises and never keep them.

I purchased an air-Selfie 2 over a year ago and all it does is start up and then crash. I contacted Air Selfie numerous times before they finally responded and told me that they thought there was a fault with the unit and that they would replace it. Despite numerous emails and promises that they would do so they have not (I believe this is a common problem and would appear to be evident by all the complaints here). The product looks cool but that’s not a lot of good if it doesn’t actually fly and the company are clearly as useless/unreliable as the drone. Warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on!

After 3 years and many E-Mail still nothing! Don't received a product or a refund.

Paid $129 for this and was supposed to be delivered in September 2019. Still nothing and no refund. Only got updates always starting with "thank you for your continued support..." what a lie. Requesting any information on shipping or refunds went on deaf ears. He lied and stole money from countless individuals.

Awful fraudulent company. Don't buy anything from them, they've already stolen over £1m from trusting people, don't line their pockets with any more. They continue to sell their product to new customers while ignoring people who are owed orders or refunds.

I have been waiting 3 YEARS now and have not received anything.

Horrible company. Takes your money, and then ignores your emails and never delivers on the end product.

no product, no communication. but, they do take your money. don't do business with these clowns.

Waited 2 years, 4 months, 6 days and until now (October 16, 2021) I still haven’t received my AirSelfie order. Contacted customer support many times and even got the response from the CEO, but they still have no ETA for fulfilling my order or issuing full refund. I just filed a complaint to Better Business Bureau bbb.org, and suggest other frustrated reviewers to do the same. I will never ever trust Indiegogo again.

Awful company. Ordered and paid for AirPix over 2 years ago. Despite numerous emails to the company I am still waiting for the product.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
If you do then kiss your money goodbye.

Absolutely awful company. Waited over a year and a half for my order then it doesn’t work. Completely non functional

I placed the order on 20 March 2020 and no news on shipment updates after many emails to the customer service. I think I had just wasted my money!

Over 2 years since backing this through Indiegogo. No product received and the only updates (only given if I chase) say to wait.

Well my AirSelfie finally arrived. I’m sure it was a coincidence that it was despatched a couple of days after I requested a full refund…
The product itself sucks. Difficult to control thru the app & picture quality is shockingly poor.
Definitely not worth the 18month wait or the $130 that I “invested” thru indiegogo 🙁

I backup 3 years ago and nothing its a total scam!!

I ordered on Indigogo 1.5 years ago. Lots of updates on all the delays they faced, never delivered the product. I emailed many times, asked for a refund. Never heard back from them. Total scam.

Ive ordered a airpix almost a year ago. In Febrary 2020. They charged the money immediatly and then stalled saying that orders will ship next month.. but havent received anything except excuses and only if i email them and even so they take weeks to answer.

Its a scam. Dont buy it.

Scammed though indiegogo and Airpix. Waiting well over 12 months and still no sign of any intention to
Deliver despite retailing these on the open market. Absolute sham of a company
