Ordered a replica that was received really quick. Along with the replica I ordered another item. Unfortunately the order was split in two shipments. Second item was received within a week but then I had to pay 18 euro’s for shipment costs. While the total order was double the amount of 299 euro’s (which gave free shipping) I still had to pay 18 euro’s. I asked three times why I had to pay for shipping but still waiting for an explanation. Overall, communication is slow and confusing. Luckily, there was nothing wrong with the replica but had something go wrong I don’t want to imagine the difficulties I would encounter to solve it.

Fast shipping. I was able to track my package and always felt informed. I'm very happy with the quality of my Airsoft gun and I’ll definitely be looking forward to buying more from Airsoftmania!

The terrible experience with this store continues. After I sent the faulty replica back, a customer service representative named Catarina explicitly assured me via email that she had contacted UPS and successfully corrected their return address. This turned out to be completely untrue. The package was physically returned to my door by the courier because the address was never fixed! To make matters worse, another representative (Kevin) later provided false information, claiming my refund had already been processed. My €501.80 is still blocked. I was misled at every step. I have escalated the dispute to Klarna and provided all the physical evidence from UPS. I strongly advise avoiding Airsoftmania!

I strongly warn everyone against shopping here. My warranty claim for a non-functional airsoft replica has been ongoing since April 8, 2024. For nearly TWO YEARS, I have been ignored or misled.

Communication is a disaster. I was told by a staff member (Mr. Kevin) that a refund was issued, which was a lie.

After almost 2 years, they finally sent a return label, but they are so incompetent that they provided a faulty address on it.

My package (UPS 1ZF4K5729106376024) is now stuck because they forgot to include a contact phone number and a proper unit number on their own label.

Total lack of professionalism. Avoid this shop if you value your money and time.

BEWARE! I reported a faulty product in April 2024. The shop promised a UPS pickup but failed to organize it. I waited patiently.
Now, in 2026, they admit the mistake. 'Caterina' on chat promised a label within 24h. Then 'next week'.
It has been weeks of stalling. They ignore my emails asking for refund confirmation. They ignore WhatsApp messages.
They hold my money for 2 years and leave me with a broken product.

I waited for my order, and two days ago it was marked as delivered to an address that isn't mine, with a signature that isn't mine. I contacted support, who haven't responded yet, and I'm left without my order.

Scammers. Between them and the delivery company I've been left over a hundred pounds down without the item I've ordered. The delivery company sent me to Airsoft mania and they said to wait for the delivery company to finish their investigation which they never did. They just got me to wait so I couldn't claim it back through my bank. Stay away.

Scam site? I am not sure. But my order never arrived and support was not existent, even though they initially said they would contact the courier, I never heard back from them.

It has been one month since my order was placed, product never arrived, impossible to get someone to speak on the phone.

I specifically chose the German version of the gun, and on your website it was stated that it would be downgraded to below 0.5 joules so that it can be used in full auto under German law. However, when I chronoed the gun myself, it was slightly above this limit at around 0.53 joules. I then shortened the spring a little, and now it shoots at about 0.48 joules, which is perfect.

Good company that cares for their product and service i will always go to airsoft mania first to fill my needs of airsoft hobby addiction prices are very attractive.

Iv been waiting over 2 weeks for delivery. No tracking on parcel after the second day of supposed parcel being shipped. I firmly believe the item was not sent at all or has been stolen. Im very disappointed in airsoftmania.eu for not responding to my queries about the subject.

If ordering to be delivered to UK avoid at all cost.
I ordered a small part and paid for the fees at the point of purchase.
I was contacted by UPS and informed that I had to contact them to fill out a declaration to say that it wasn't a gun? I was informed I wouldn't need to fill the form by airsoft mania as I wasn't purchasing a gun. This took fifty minutes on the phone to sort. If I hadn't I was threatened with storage fees!
I then had to pay customs fees again in order to get delivery. Once again threatened with storage fees.
I contacted airsoft mania and received this reply!

I've ordered from this business before with very little difficulty until recently. That's how I found out how horrid their costumer service is.

Placed an order (10/09) and didn't really think about it until only 1/3 parts arrived, odd, but I waited another day when the second part came... however, that's when things started turning because the Delivery was then marked as Completed without the rest ever coming.

I contacted their support and provided all the info I had. It took them 13 days to get back to me with any sort of information (23/09) and a message saying they were contacting the delivery company. I asked them for an update as soon as possible and they never replied. I had to message them again (14/10) to see if they would answer me, only to get the same reply as the first time. They messaged back later (20/10) saying basically the exact same thing again.

At this point, and so much time gone, I was getting annoyed at all of this and the messages stopped soon after.

To this day I still have no conclusion to this matter.

All it takes is one of these episodes. Absolutely not being a costumer anymore.

They give fake discounts so watch out, they are more expensive then other websites...
I tried to contact thema but they keep ignoring me after several atempts to contact thema! They Know they are wrong.
I'am waiting for my order for one month now... Please don't buy from this website!

The M4 i ordered came in perfect conditon and eveything was fine, but it seems to have a little feeding problem with its high cap mag. After every 10 shots i need to spin the wheel so i just switched to a mid cap wich works way better

They are not willing to show loyalty for their customers. The order process is already over 72 hours without any shipping.
They are not even willing to respond to the emails if the email is sent after 12:00 on that day. I sent a email if my order will not be shipped today, I will cancel it and I request a refund. People paid for the products and they have to wait 1 week while nothing happens. Avoid this store!

Update: They sent the Replica after 2 weeks, but I had to chat on WhatsApp.
They incorrectly stated that the replica is 1.04 Joules on their website, and I trusted the description. After I got it, we checked and saw that the Joule was 1.45 with a 0.30g BB and this is not allowed in NL, must be under 1.2 Joule.
So now I have to pay €100 for airsoft service to change the spring.
Huge dissapointing, big rock on the heart!

Please don’t buy from this company!!! They sent the wrong product to me that then got seized by border control as a consequence and they won’t refund me. I’ve now got a distraught son who hasn’t got a birthday present and I’m £150 down. Disgraceful!
