The device (Airtame 2) is extremely slow, browser is not loading. Support sent us a new device which is just as slow, but they only sent us one, even though we stated that both were defective.

So delayed, and so bad end product

It's incredible that this is what has come out after so long development time. One would wonder what all the time has been spent on...

Immense delay, sound that echos.
Totally worthless product.

My advice to people looking for something like this. Find another product

Dear Anders

Although you have made this post and communicated with our support trying to set the device up quite some time ago, we would like to extend our apologies for your experience. Since then we have done quite some steps to improve our software. And therefore would be very happy if you could give us a second chance, update your device and see if you will change your mind.

The good thing is that we constantly update the software for free over the air, so the users get the improvements every time we introduce them. Updating the device continuously improves our users’ experience while we are working hard with all the feedback.

There might be many reasons why you experienced issues using AIRTAME, depending on the type and strength of your wifi network, the purpose you are using your device for, whether you are using it at home or at work, peculiarities of your setup process and etc. There can also be some bugs, which we are working on, after getting the users’ feedback.

We would hate to know that there is an AIRTAME somewhere not being used, even though we have improved it A LOT.

Feel free to contact us should some issues are still not solved. We look forward to assisting you. Submit a request here www.airtame.com/support and we will get back to you.

Regarding development time

We have gone a long way since we crowdfunded our campaign and started working on our common dream to get rid of cables. First we invested lots of efforts into developing the hardware and didn’t compromise on anything here. This meant fewer resources on the software for a while. Why? Because one cannot just update a physical device without having to buy a new one. As of today the software has come a long way too. Some features that we planned to have during our Indigogo campaign took longer to develop than expected, some we are still working on and feel confident that we will deliver all.
