Airtax 

Shocking service. Use to be good. They say they will respond to emails the next day. I’m waiting weeks.

I've been using this service for yrs and it's all gone well up until this yr. I know they sold to Vialto and seems they've let it go into the gutter.
I only use them for BAS. My last BAS I lodged on the day it was due and it's been 3 weeks and they haven't lodged it. I've sent emails every day this week with no response.
Now I'm at risk of an ATO fine. If they don't get back to me by today I think I'll report them to the ICCC for taking money and not providing the service.
I'd like a refund. This is a joke.

I once would have recommended them but they are trash now. Just go to your tax agent or do it yourself.

I did my first UBER sole trader BAS with these guys for my uber income, it went through fine. Then the next month I did the same process however they did not lodge the BAS, nor did they provide the information in a format that I could then input myself into the ATO portal. I then paid another $149 to be able to book a call to talk to someone, The system took my money but then did not allow me to book my appointment. So now, I have to pay another $149 to try to book a time to call to complain about not getting the service I already paid for. I have tried emailing and the call number does not work. It appears to be a scam so I will now have to put a complaint in with my bank that I did not get the service I paid for. DO NOT USE.

I have had constant issues with lodging tax and BAS statements with airtax and have had friends that have had severely bad experiences also.

Dont respond for up to a week a times, have lodged things late and incorrectly costing thousands, the more i looked into them the more i have found people having the same experiences. Many of there agents do no communicate at all and make constant mistakes that need correcting. Do yourself a massive favour and avoid them completely

So many issues with the Airtax app and their website. Theres always an error. Tax lodgement is super, super slow and there’s no instant support. There’s only email support. You either have to wait days for a response or you don’t get a response at all! The 1300 number is useless and their live chat support is not even live, it’s just a bot, you don’t get to speak to anyone. Now looking for a better alternative. Highly do not recommend to save you the hassle. Customer support is non existent and the process is very slow and frustrating!

I don't understand this company. Why have a 1800 number listed on the website if you are told by a recorded message that they can only assist if you are a paid customer. What happens if you have a question about the service before making a payment?? The only other method of contact is my message via their website however you need to wait 24 hours for a reply. Not good enough.
