ATC solution managed to deliver heavy metal components, door to door from China to Slovakia within 48h at the last minute while our standard sea deliveries were delayed (Suez Canal issue in April 21) and while our backup air transport solutions failed due to May bank holiday and bottleneck in Airfreight.
Thanks to this solution, we could restart our production, deliver our customer and avoid OE line stop.
Communication with ATC team was very professional and we were informed about all important updates.

We had an urgent shipment out of Malaysia during a strike of air traffic controllers. Air Time Critical informed us every step of the way and escalated issues on time so we could decide together on the next steps, which was highly appreciated. They delivered on time, as foreseen and were very clear in their communication. We had no issues on customs clearance and as soon as the cargo landed, they delivered it too us.
